I don't buy the outdated evolutionary theory, but people do respond to the basic and we'll known communication methods Mark suggests. Sometimes we need to think about our attitudes and behaviors. We need reminders. I appreciate what Mark is doing.

Is it just me or is this so called body language experts own body language is so over the top and unnatural. If you behaved like that in a “real life” situation people would be WTF. He asked is Mark a benefit no he’s a show pony.

Since the topic is body language, could it be that he's on a stage and adjusts his movement that he can be seen better as he describes what he's there for? Movement is a part of description and understanding.
