US Army Paratroopers Descend Into The Arctic - Exercise Spartan Pegasus 2017
Paratroopers with U.S. Army Alaska’s 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, descend to the ground under T-11 parachute canopies during Exercise Spartan Pegasus Feb. 24, 2015, at Deadhorse, Alaska. The extremely cold demonstration in airborne operations and arctic mobility took place in one of the northern-most territories of Alaska, well north of the Earth’s Arctic Circle. Spartan Pegasus allows USARAK the ability to maximize training resources across multiple units to maintain readiness in a wide array of mission sets across the Arctic and Pacific region.

I can't imagine how people can it....I mean, whenever I'm flying in regular passenger air plane, I'm all afraid and scary, especially whenever is plane shaking....here you guys just jumping....I truly wish you the best!

In my opinion American planes dropping paratroops over the ice has great importance first because that proves one thing that Americans are ready to put forces at once in there secondly in my opinion because it's strategic effects because under the ice have been discovered gas /minerals & all kind of precious metals therefore the United States must make sure that all that stuff won't reached the wrong hands & at last the possibility always exist that of one day the ice melts then in the expansion of the land perhaps people can live in there & have everything of food e t c .

I'm just talking about a huge essential space which is a whole continent in there just waiting for the united states to get it to settle it & handle it with all the mineral e t c .now the weather conditions are unbearable but one day when the climatic changed takes place & the ice starting to melts will be surprised for sure & I did saying absolutely nothing of the fact that some people have to died any way or of how many died every year from automobile accidents bad luck misfortune or suicide .
