Real life shows that people many times become unaware or their surroundings, even loud noises, when paying attention to something else. Example, your CHILDREN when watching a cartoon. The average husband when his wife starts talking about her day at work. People who get run over by cars, despite cars making noise and sometimes even honking their horn before collision. Those people are in a noisy environment. They hear the soldiers but they are concentrated on their tasks or sights. They are not aware the soldiers are screaming at them until the last moment. At 4:10 the soldiers ONLY scream at the old man AFTER throwing him at the ground. They could have screamed earlier, clearly did not do so just to scare him.
