As the US President continues his three-day visit to the UK, the special relationship between the two countries is clearly evident in Suffolk where more than 11,000 Americans are putting it into practice on a local level. They are the military personnel and their families at RAF Lakenheath - home of the US Air Force 48th Fighter Wing.
