I keep seeing their ad on Facebook but many of the comments seem sponsored since not one said they didn't work. I have had hormonal acne since I got the Nexplanon arm band and bloated. 😭 Its upsetting since my face was clear all through high school and here I am at 32 with hormonal acne. Ah!

I have had hormonal acne since I quit birth control a few years ago. So far FLO has been the only thing that has helped with my hormonal acne and cured it 95%!

I'm on the same thing, when I was on Mirana I didn't have acne. I'm 35 with hormonal acne. I'm like wtf I didn't even have it when I was 15! It's like my acne was like oh its my time to shine!

@@katkatkat5 what are our bodies doing? Is it trying to make up for the fact it didn't do it then? 😆 I'd love to find something to help me. I don't start breaking out until my period hits. I drink water all the time, I try to eat as healthy as I can. But as soon as it's like 3 days away. Bam! Zit zit zit

Thanks for this video! I tried Flo for about a month and stopped taking it cold turkey when it was making my regular period late! After a month of not taking them, I had a severe anxiety attack, depression, paranoia and obsessive thinking the week or so leading up to my cycle (about 4 days before). It’s better now but still feel kinda off emotionally. I hope I can get back to normal soon! Did you notice any weird withdrawal side effects from stopping? I don’t take any other medications or anything.

Girl I took them for a month & now I haven’t had my period for two months now! I’m trying to let it get out of my system. Ima just start taking my Chasteberry & Dong Quai tablets as normal.

Tried it for 3 months and have had the worst hormonal cystic acne, all over my face, than I ever did before using Flo. Highly unsatisfied. 👎🏻

That’s what I do too, I keep a list of video ideas in my notes on my phone.. my issue is finding time to do it 😩 hopefully I’ll be posting on the regular before/by summertime 🤞🏼

So you stopped taking them and symptoms came back? I mean...that's usually what happens when you stop taking a medication... Am I missing something here? 😕

Lol no, not quite... I explained that I was under THE IMPRESSION that my symptoms “came back” because I stopped taking them so I waited it out to see and that was not the case at all.. So basically, I was the reason my symptoms would be better or worse (diet, water intake, etc).. it was all pretty much results from the input (or lack of) I was doing.. but again, I was under the impression that it was the vitamins. Hopefully that makes sense and cleared that up a little. Also, there is nothing in these vitamins remotely close to be compared to actual medicine so it’d be impossible to have those withdrawal effects from them like I experienced, another reason I confirmed it was me causing my own negative/positive results the whole time. Thankfully, with minor diet & lifestyle adjustments I was able to stop my skin from breaking out & relieve my pms symptoms. I still think it was something specific in my diet that was triggering it all & I wish I knew what it was so I could avoid that ever flaring up like that again. Keep in mind.. Everyone’s experiences will vary! I still recommend people give them a try but I remind everyone to set realistic expectations if they do. If you do decide to give them a try, keep me updated with your results & thank you for watching✨

😂 omg right? All I heard is blah blah blah gummies worked and then life happened and I stopped taking them and the benefits stopped so therefore the gummies require consistency and she wasn't willing to do that.

It didn’t do it for me had a subscription for 3months ..maybe it works for the younger ladies but for me yea not for me..
