Pretty simple to research what benefits those organs have for you. And is simply comes down to is it something you need or want. They 100% most definitely highly benefit a lot of people. There isn't even supposed to be some overwhelming experience like you claim you did not have. That is not and should not be the purpose of taking these. Not all supplements that highly benefit your health are meant to give you some super ultimate awesome feeling lol That's not what it's about

Exactly. Most people feel little to no difference when supplementing with Vitamin D, and yet, it is a crucial nutrient, particularly for those living in northern climates with long winters.

I just started today. I don't eat a lot of meat just because I don't think the meat I eat is real or just not good quality. So I'm lacking that healthy energy from my food. I'm almost healed from having Endometriosis. Gaining muscle isn't easy for me since I lost so much blood. I heard meat helps the brain function better. I also do a lot of detoxing. This guy seems like he's already healthy but this feels like it would be beneficial for my situation. 😊

Yes he never mentioned if he has any health issues. What was the reason he was taking these. If i am healthy and start taking supplements do i expect some miracle experience to happen? He got energy from it which in his case is the best he can expect. So unless there is a health issue one tries to remedy the review is probably not something worth considering for others who i trying to improve their health and have health issues which most folks do.

its just like eating a liver. 6 capsules equal to like 1 ounce of Liver, you can't really go lower than this with the number of capsules because this is pretty much with all water out.

I've been giving my father who has mixed dementia their beef brain product for about 6 weeks. After a month of giving him 4500 mg daily in three divided doses (3 pills x3 times per day) I've noticed his mood seems much better (he seems happier smiles more, laughs more...he only rarely did that before), his cognition seems to be have improved (he's more engaged in conversation, discusses news and current events, before he didn't talk much) and in general seems to have more energy. Before he tended to want to lay in bed a lot, and didn't seem very engaged in life.. *I agree, I'd like to know the nutritional breakdown of the supplement.* It's freeze dried I believe, so what would 4.5g of freeze dried brain equal to what amount of unprocessed organ? Everything I find online talks about brain nutrition in the 100g range, and I know even dehydrated there is no way 4.5g of the supplement equals a 100g serving of beef brain. But I'm guessing that 4.5g of dehydrated beef brain has to be equal to maybe an 18 gram serving of pre-cooked beef brain ( don't know). I know the brain is mostly water. Which means even taking 9 pills a day he's really only getting about 1/5th the nutrition of a 100g serving of beef brain. Which isn't really that much. But in any case, the correlation (improvement) is worth continuing giving it to him. So I'll continue. He was already taking 2-4 grams of fish oil per day, 4,000 IUs D3, K2 MK7 and MK4, B complex, and folate with methylecobalin in it. It's hard to describe his diet, it's LCHF plant based, we avoid all manufactured food (long ingredient lists, comes in bags, cans, etc.) he basically doesn't eat rice, wheat, or grain products (no bread, chips, crackers, cereals, junk food), or added sugars. I also avoid artificial sweeteners. But it's not exactly Keto, because he eats lots of green leafy vegetables (different lettuces, collards, turnup greens, spinach) and he eats lots of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower. He also gets lots of blackberries, blueberries, strawberries (which don't spike his blood glucose very much), as well as non-sugary fruits like tomatoes, cucumbers, avocadoes, etc., and he eats different nuts (walnuts, pecans, sometimes almonds and pistachio and very occasionally macadamia nuts). We don't use corn or canola oil, but we do use extra-virgin sesame seed oil, extra-virgin olive oil and grass-fed butter. We keep his protien down because of his kidneys, but he does eat chicken, beef, fish, and occasionally pork. In addition to all this I've been trying to work in between 1-2grams each of Creatin monohydrate, some NAC, glycine, and taurine. The taurine I put in his coffee, the glycine I put in a tea I make for him, and the NAC is delivered in pill form. The creatin is the hardest to mix in because it doesn't dilute real well in water, and he complains about the taste. So I typically work it into a salad for him. Overall, at 85 he's doing well considering the chronic health problems he has (CHF, CKD, diabetes, neurological deficits). He no longer takes glipizide pills or insulin injections to treat his type 2 diabetes, his diet keeps him blood sugar in check now (but that took a few years to get under control) His BMI is around 24, his blood pressure is excellent and we've reduced his blood pressure medication. He hasn't had any cardiovascular events in years and he survived two bouts of covid. One in 2020, and one in 2022---no mRNA jabs).

@@Edmund_Mallory_Hardgrove As an older person he can take higher doses because as we age we are not absorbing as much as a younger person. I myself take 40,000 IU a day or every other day. But must be taken with Magnesium because D3 will deplete Magnesium from the body. He does take lot of supplements though which is great but D3 is the king of all supplements as it has direct impact on our immune system and its crucial in fighting or preventing any illness. The covid was proof of the fact that most people are severely deficient in D3 and the reason we had such wide epidemic. It didn’t have to happen if we were knowledgeable about D3 and its importance. Probably best to take a blood test to see the levels. Anything below 85 is kind of low. But labs have such a low levels listed as sufficient they are still not up to the game. Lagging behind times. The medical industry doesn’t want healthy people. They want us sick or dead.

When looking into what amounts of vitamins and minerals we can get from taking 3000mg of beef liver in a supplement form we unfortunately cannot really find out! Converting milligrams to grams and then determining nutrient content per gram is complex and requires specific data. Nutrient content can vary significantly based on factors like the animal's diet, age, and how the liver was processed. While we know beef liver is nutrient-dense, precise figures for such a small quantity are generally not available in standard nutritional databases. While we can't provide exact figures, we can tell you that 3000mg (or 3 grams) of beef liver is a relatively small amount. While it will still contain some vitamins and minerals, it's unlikely to be a significant source of nutrients compared to a larger serving. So skip the beef liver supplements. I learned the hard way, health wise and dollar wise.
