Kimchi is a Probiotic, if have no money 🤓 and Cod liver oil is Omega 3, then beer yeast is a really good supplement with a Lot of Vitamins and I think almost all the ones that your skin needs😁👌... Just Vitamin C is better to Buy it

I’m studying to be a nutritionist and just learned that vitamin A IS retinol. So I’m wondering if supplementing vitamin A or eating something like raw carrots will have a retinol(product)-like effect on the skin?

Took omega 3 for almost 2yrs. A year into it I noticed red pimples under the skin on my forehead not the normal pimples that are on the surface of the skin I could not understand what caused them coz I have never had acne or problem skin. As of 5th of May 2024 I stopped taking the omega 3 and my skin is back to normal with just a little bit of marks now fading away. I somehow thought it was the supplement and wala problem solved will just get it from my tuna and salmon that I eat
