I'm a local police officer and I'm a certified defensive tactics instructor with a passion for James Bond, self defense and different fighting styles.
I train Brazilian Jiu-jitsu full time, have a Krav Maga instructor certification, and have various other trainings in self defense such as Close Quarter Battle ( CQB ), knife defense, and weapon retention.
