Kim Sherwood is the new author of James Bond and her first entry is Double or Nothing!
I sit down with guests David Lowbridge-Ellis, Terrance Layhew, Elma Valerio, and Roland Hulme to discuss this very ambitious James Bond adventure that doesn’t have James Bond in it at all. In fact this book is part of a continuation trilogy that explores all of the additional people that surround 007. All of the key players that help make up his world are now brought to the forefront and Kim gives the reader a James Bond-adjacent story rich with loads of detail, plot twists and Easter eggs that will make any fan of the franchise smile.

Great video! As a writer myself, I really appreciated the discussion about writing what you don't know. I've had to go through hoops to bring to life places and activities I was unfamiliar with, whether taking virtual tours, talking to experts, spending a day in the situation in question, or other creative solutions. Reading the book, I'd never have guessed Kim didn't drive! I really enjoyed it in general! I love her book titles as well. Love the way she captured the tropes yet remained firmly entrenched in today's times.

Outstanding! Yes, she really sold it. As a car guy myself I feel like the car chase sequences were powerful and provocative with spot on pacing that kept me on the edge wanting more.
