    I tried to look around this area for yankee stadium or some type of stadium but all I saw was snaking roads, people and cars. This was done on the PS2 version via the secret debug menu. Change the very first option (missing text) from normal to debug and then you can move the camera anywhere and press triangle to place marcus.

    MaccaveliPL Not sure as I only own the game on PS2. I wouldn't mind having it on PC b/c it runs faster and you can mod a lot of PC games but I can't help you on this b/c I don't know.
