Is there a certain order or polarity that the new pixel feet needs to be placed? Or it doesn't matter, so long as all 4 feet are soldered?

There is a certain order so you need to follow orientation. Every LED has a key. 4 pads represents common, red, green, blue.

Ну так нужно обосновывать свою точку зрения, а не просто клейма ставить. Я не могу ничего плохого увидеть в данном ремонте, смущает только перегрев феном новых свтеодиодов - на корпус диода просходит длительное воздействие температурой 300 и выше градусов. Но оплавленностей никаких не видно после замены, а после припайки жалом паяльника, а именно так в обучающих материалах делают официальные инженеры из Absen, Dicolor, Unilumin, они почти всегда есть, особенно на мелком шаге.
