ask for the factory of the sceen. pad paper the pixel pitch and lamps size should be same with the module.

when i am trying to fix with the Pad Paper, the issue i am facing while testing is that the entire row line light up the same time and when i choose vertical line testing, the entire column line light up while testing, please help

Anyone have an idea on how to repair similar modules with 1.27mm leds? Pads are fine but the leds detach when they're hit , even a vertical hit so they seem to have a weak mechanical resistence of the soldering; there is a little space between the leds, so there are 10 leds in 130mm; we are filling an entire room with the damaged panels.

Have you tried the normal method to repair surface mount? To attach LED that fell off first clean/reflow the solder pads: apply flux, then solder with soldering iron. When pads look good and have enough solder add more flux, then place LED on top and use heat gun until solder melts. It may help to shield nearby parts from heat using pieces of cardboard so you only heat one LED at a time. Also turn down the heat gun fan speed. The weak mechanical strength sounds like a manufacturing problem, possibly not enough heat. You could try heating all the LEDs with heat gun or reflow oven (make sure all plastic parts are removed).

Yes, when repairing a P1.2 pitch led module, you need to be very careful because the beads are too small (1010) and the distance between the beads is also very small. At this time, you can only use a hot air gun to disassemble and weld new beads, usually using the minimum air volume and a temperature of 280-300 degrees. Some air guns may not accurately indicate the temperature, so you need to try raising or lowering them. They can basically melt the remaining tin on the solder pad in 3-5 seconds. When replacing the beads, you also need to pay attention to the direction of the beads because they are too small and it is not easy to distinguish their direction, and sometimes you need to use a magnifying glass; When welding, first use a hot air gun to heat the empty solder pad for 3-5 seconds, then place the lamp beads on the solder pad with tweezers, and use a hot air gun to rotate around the lamp beads for 3-5 seconds. Then gently push the lamp beads with tweezers. If the lamp beads can rebound naturally, it indicates that the welding is correct. If they cannot rebound, it indicates that there is too little tin on the solder pad or the welding is not successful; This is my experience sharing; Thank you for watching my video;

actually we do led screen. not the pad paper.and if you need 1 of this . i think the shipping cost will much high than the goods.
