Hola amigo tengo un problema con un panel, le cambie el ic quedo funcionando bien, lo guarde y cuando fui de nuevo a encenderlo no prende no da el tes. Me di cuenta que tiene algunos ic reventados volvi hacer la sustitucion pero igual no enciende

My cabinet in the video has different colors because they are originally two different products. By using smaller lamp beads and a wider range of black masks, the up if module on the cabinet has a higher contrast; I don't know what your problem is. It may be that the batch is inconsistent, or different products can be improved through manual correction of software, but it can't be solved generally, because the wavelength and visual angle that determine the color of the lamp bead can't be changed, and even if the equipment is used for correction, the brightness and color they agree on can't be guaranteed;

Generally, this is caused by the individual modules being manufactured with a different batch of LEDs. As far as I'm aware, it is not possible to adjust the individual modules apart from each other. The only solution is to ensure that all of the modules within the cabinet are from the same batch. From there, it is possible to adjust a whole cabinet to match the rest of the cabinets within the screen.

Sir you are grate Q : how short is despair after put 5 v power you need a high -Am- to inject so when that done some or one component will be damaged but every thing work good how it could be !!!

Before recording this video, I did not know the real cause of the module problem. Therefore, after some tests, I judged that the PCB was short circuited, so I did this. @@samzhou8510 Thanks I got it but you are don’t As you say short maybe happens in the line in middle layer so when you inject voltage the shorted line will cut then how every thing working good at your video after inject (cut )?? it's outdoor or indoor module? actually indoor easy to open the cover. and outdoor is hard. because it have screw foro mask. and also havery screw for PCB with cover. and that screw you can not see clear. because it's under the waterproof glue.

How do you know where is ic driver and controller in the circuit ??

ofcourse . because it have types text on side. like MBI5264, this is driver. and also they have Special arrangement. and the control IC normal is 74HC245. and each module have few of that.
