"These people work harder than I ever have," says the boss. The pay in the US is awfully and dishonestly uneven. The rich changed the laws to freely steal the workers of proper incomes. This show reveals that, with some sweet exceptions. But the real issue is systemic!

I am fortunate that I have worked for 17 years at great company with a lot of great directors and managers. Last year when I was very seriously ill they supported me for many months. I was on full pay for months, not sick pay, and I accumlated holidays too. When the brown sticky stuff hit the fan they had my back and it made a huge difference. I'd couldn't think of any other company I would want to work for. I am not the only member of staff that has benefitted from this kind of support. Guess what, most of us are loyal and hard working and are prepared to put ourselves out when it's needed.

It's encouraging to see a CEO being considerate of an employee's needs. Making a reasonable accommodation to allow her to advance her career is a breath of fresh air. That's part of the Americans with disabilities act but that's not applicable in this particular situation so good on him.

I’m dyslexic and grew up in the 80s where the only tools there were for dyslexics in the education system were “Stop being lazy” and “work harder”. I’m not complaining, once I figured how work with my dyslexia, I did very well. But I can totally relate when the educational system does nothing to educate YOU and then looks down on you for not being educated.

The rich changed the laws to freely steal the workers of proper incomes. The real issue is systemic! My grandfather had a fourth grade education, but he had the most wisdom of anyone that I've ever known. It would be nice if a lot of people would believe in people who need to self confidence build knowing that they can do the work for others to help them even maybe more job training to make it when a person loves working you're only tearing their house down by telling them they don't belong in their work background you take them away from working you're only hurting the people who want to work by telling them they can't work it is discrimination people feel more comfortable when they're working than someone who don't believe in them or someone who's abandoned them making them feel like they don't belong in society give them a chance and stop your behaviors of being rude and abusive because a lot of you out there don't know how it feels until you're in their shoes at their age whether they're 50 60 or 70 years old and they want to work please leave them alone and stop being bullied because that's all you're doing is tearing down making them feel like they can't do anything I know my kids have done it to me and a lot of the kids have taken from their families and their parents putting them in the streets to the cold all our government can do is laugh about the whole indication and brag on it how they put parents in the streets leaving them no word to live and no money to live on a lot of us love our children and the way they do from what Washington DC's allowing our children to do to their parents is being abusive and neglecting misconduct backgrounds of the way they were raised stealing cheating lying and using and abusing in the system giving them money that belongs to the family that earned it before they long came along I wonder how they would feel if their own children did the same thing to them stealing all their money from their accounts in Washington DC the way the president has allowed our adult children to steal from their own families leaving them in the cold abusing the rights of their parents and neglecting them also abandonment by cruelty and who would do something like this but our own adult children
