Its not the costume. If anything who knows how often they get to see their boss up front all the time, usually they are behind the scenes and the only time you may see them is when first hired or in big trouble with the job. Although his suit at the end.... kind of looked a little too big on him lol, his whole neck was covered and his collar went up to his chin

Sure, it’s his money, BUT he presents his generosity in the way that lets his employees know that he and his company truly care. I’m not much for corporate CEOs, but Mr Cloobeck truly has my respect.

Right?! It was so obvious and distracting. My first thought seeing that in the wild would be "uhh, that's a fucking wig, and a really...uh...interesting choice, but okay whatever, you do you..." lol. You could tell when they were sitting down outside that the CEO was bothered by it but just gave up trying to manage it and just let it fall in his face. For such a serious and personal conversation, that wig sort of took me out of the moment a bit. It really is absolutely hilarious though.

I learned so much watching the undercover boss. Michael Flaskey is more than a CEO. He can see people right through flesh and bone. Great guy!

I love this show too, these bosses can be so thoughtful and generous. The employees dealing with so much.

I found that I watch more of these videos than I would have expected. Just dawned on me why. I've worked a LOT of jobs over 6 decades. Sadly, a lot/most had a common issue. Management at all levels view the workers as furniture. Amazingly, some of the managers had come up through the ranks as workers. Only to forget what it was like. These videos present some bosses as actually understanding the value of good work, good people. When a company finds a good one, keeping them is critical to everyone's betterment.

So i love these shows but why do the make up people give the WORST disguises. Almost every hairstyle I've seen on these undercover bosses are so OBVIOUSLY fake. You gotta know these employees know these people arent real...lol.

I love hearing about company CEO 's that are very caring for their employees. The CEO of the company I work for came out to meet and talk to us one at a time I talked to about things that need to change and about my situation but unfortunately he isn't that type of CEO. I could really use some financial relief right now. I would be so happy if an undercover boss showed up at my apartment to give me a helping hand.

Yes very true, i think about it almost every single day, i dont meet them very often and its sad, my mother i dont have such good relationship with anymore and im kinda alone in a big city with parents far away, it sucks really hard, its draining so much energy thinking 10 years gone by and parents getting older and all you wish is that you could spend time with them cloesley, but i guess that what happens when they divorce and the family is split

It is so hard for me to comprehend why MS is so different from one person to another My grandfather when he was diagnosed there was no medication on the market... it is the trainers who get the rewards, as they are the only ones who have direct contact and personalized instruction with and for each candidate/employee. the other employees at the establishments are not directly involved in the process, as they are not directly involved with the candidate, so they are not entitled to awards or compensation.

His answer to the overbooking problem is so half-assed. I worked in hotels and I can tell you that overbooking is done on purpose to ensure maximum profits. They don't have to do it, they just figure it's worth pissing off a handful of guests every night for that extra money.

I remember when I went to Reno or was going to Reno we were going to stay at a hotel but that overbooking was something else corner my friends they’re talking about lawsuit because their rooms will give them to somebody else

You're not wrong at all. But then ask yourself, is it a bad thing that it happens because of cameras? A CEO learned some valuable things about how to improve a company, deserving employees received some life-changing help they never would've received otherwise, and we all got to see it and get entertained or inspired. Most CEO's would likely never get the opportunity to even get to know their best employees like that, get know their problems, and offer help if they didn't have an excuse like this. The reality is even if they went to visit their employees of their own accord, but as a CEO, not a coworker, they'd likely never get them to open up like this.
