The owner hadn't met her, but her determination and work ethics made him take notice. You reap what you sew. Thats why its called " earning a living ".

This was excellent! She’s a true professional and I’m glad that her positive attitude had such an impact on the CEO.

I love this episode. It brings me to tears all this young lady has endured but still remains positive and doesn't want sympathy. She's amazing. He's amazing. What a beautiful story.

The reason why she's not paying attention to the cameras is because the workers are told the new employee is on a reality show, but they have no idea it's undercover boss.

You have a heart of gold Mitchell. This is the most emotional scene I've ever seen in Undercover Boss, US, UK or Australia. And Angel, what a sweetheart. So deserving. This is karma in its purest form. Good for Mitchell to change his own life too! What an emotional and kind millionaire. Id vote for Mitchell if he ran for office!

One of the best things i have seen this week. If more people were as giving as this guy, we would not have half the issues the world has today.

I'm so thankful that the CEO recognized Angel's character & dedication to the company, and then rewarded her for all of her hard work. Despite her upbeat attitude, even though her personal situation might be very hard, Angel still gets through every day!! Angel is an awesome person, and I pray she never changes that!!! 72vince27 Thank you. It was cataract surgery on my left eye. Having the right eye done Dec. 3rd. It's actually pretty simple. The creepy part is I was awake and talking to the Dr. while he was doing it. They give you something to relax you and they numb the eyeball. I can't believe the difference in what I see now with the left. Colors are 100x more brilliant and bright. Can't wait to get the right one done and enjoy a whole new world...not to mention get back to work. LOL!

I've watched this episode at least 5 times, and Angel is so inspiring to me when she supports and inspires "Joey" without regard to herself and her own situation. Ignore the poster who says "God has NOTHING to do with any of this" and immaturely calls believers "bible thumpers". His or her lack of faith will not diminish the fact that Mitchell Modell crossed paths with Angel at a time when both of them needed what each other had to offer. I cry every time I watch this episode...tears of inspiration and at the end tears of joy.

She got lucky meeting Mitch Modell, but by no means was relying on him. And what does the color of her skin have to do with anything? Sounds more like you're the one labeling and stereotyping. She inspires me with her attitude and positivity in believing in herself and by sharing her experience with someone she thought was down and out in order to make him feel better about himself and boost his confidence.

I have a friend who works for checkers and rally And when their boss went undercover he called him even though he was in the private sector to let him know he was going undercover in the area not to tell his employees even though his store wasn’t the one that he went to it’s not scripted
