Yea, worked perfectly for me too. I bought a imac 27" 5k screen. had 167 or so dead pixels (stopped counting at 167), seller disappeared. Tried everything to fix, tried pressure, jscreen fix etc, tried putting towel over screen to heat it while putting pressure, nothing. ran this video overnight on loop with a towel on the screen (to stop the lights mainly) and woke up to a dead pixel less screen. Lovely.

I just realized about 10 minutes ago I had a stuck pixel on my laptop (this thing is only 4 months old) and instantly started looking up how to fix it. Your video came up and after less than 1 minute of play time, it was gone!! Thank you

YASSS after trying almost all of them on y I you tube this year. I couldn't break through a dark banding at the top of my Samsung TV screen from watching movies with letterbox around them... I ran this a few hours last night.. And omg I am seeing a break through. That band is not solid anymore it definitely has improvement lines running through it. I am running it again. Even if the banding doesn't lighten anymore I am still THRILLED that it's so improved. My whole screen looks so much brighter and better.. Thank you!!!

Fixed a slight ghosting on my Mi Mix, everyone praise this video

Had a few ghost pixels in the middle of my screen that randomly appeared today, running this for 10 minutes cleared it up and fixed 2 stuck pixels I've had for months since I bought my new monitor. Jscreen couldn't get those pixels fixed so I don't know what kind of voodoo magic this video is doing differently.

Serious props fellas! I have a brand new 65" LG C8 that developed a stuck pixel yesterday, after one week of use. I came across your video last night, ran it for the full duration and also covered the front of the panel with 2 sheets as you have suggested below. After the video finished I turned off the panel to let it cool. Very noticeably the stuck pixel was still on even after the TV was off for about 20 seconds. When it finally turned off I knew it was working normally once again. After cooling I turned the set on and my display was good to go and perfect once again. Can't thank you all enough! - B EZ

Just turned on my Nintendo Switch and it had a shit load of stuck pixels, I freaked out for a few minutes before finding this vid(especially since it's the limited animal crossing one) :( and after about 10 minutes of running it, voila! Thanks you absolute legend!!

Does it work for Screen burn in? I have a screen burn in of the Cinema 4D logo (yes, the window frame logo) on the top left hand corner of my 4K monitor. It was caused by working on a project for several hours. So pissed!

I left my MacBook turned on over the weekend and when I returned, I found a bunch of dead pixels on a part of the screen. The scare of my life! This video fixed my screen!

Thank you! It worked on my 55inch E8 OLED TV after playing the video for almost an hour, the stucked pixel in blue disappeared, I hope it work for a long time. When the screen was turned off for the first time after playing it, the pixel was turned on for one minute, and the screen was hot.

Has the blue pixel come back?

Hi! :) Would this work on a Samsung G9 (32:9) 5120x1440p display? I have black dead pixel, slightly to the left and to the top of the screen, but well within my 16:9 area for the video to be played over it. It wouldn't bother me that much if it was outside of the 16:9 (middle) area of my screen. But every time I watch a video on KZread, it sticks out.

I had this looping on my tv several times last night (thanks to the youtube app on a game console), and after about 3-4 hours, it did look like the red dot had gotten smaller/dimmer. So i figured i'd let it loop some more while i was at work today, but when i turned the tv on in the morning, the red dot was just straight-up gone. I guess the tv needed to be off to like cool down or something before the pixel would reset itself or whatever. Anyway, thanks for helping me fix that. I really don't have the money right now to send my tv in for repairs or, even worse, buy a new one. Thanks a lot.

IT WORKED, I was skeptical about this at first but holy hell it worked! you saved my one thousand dollar monitor I can't thank you enough. I just turned my computer on and *BOOM* blasting me right in the face from the very right side of the screen, a green frozen pixel. I turned it off thinking "this can't be real", and a while later it was still there, at first I tried to ignore it but it was just screaming at me on the dark screens. I couldn't handle that so I came straight to KZread and this is the first thing that really stood out but thought it was too easy to work and seemed to me like snake oil. I Ran it and made some coffee and after about half an hour came back to the room trying not to have a seizure and to my amazement it really wasn't there anymore. last time I remember being this happy from a video on the internet the computers would screech loudly at the pain of having a slow phone cable provide bandwidth at 0.056 Mb/s.

This technique absolutely works,rubbing with eraser from corner of dot(dead screen) while the video is running. I removed all the dead screen but while removing the last dot i broke the screen as I applied little bit more pressure on it,So now I have to replace it😅

Pro tip, send this video to 10 of your closest friends and your screen will be repaired.

I fell asleep with my screen on on my LG V20 and when i woke up hours later the text image was "burned" on there pretty bad. I played this on full brightness for 15 minutes and it fixed it! Thank you!!!

Hello thanks for trying to help. I don't exactly have a dead pixel but more of a smudged,grey one and it's also like an area of discolored pixels. A bit discolored.Not really noticeable but bad for a perfectionist because it's almost at the center of the tv. Is that a different problem? The tv is brand new and not actually smudged.

Hello, will it fix vertical banding on Qled Tv?

I have a line of stuck pixels right in the center, will this work?

Huh. This monitor had a dead pixel right in the center of the screen since the day I unboxed it (4 years ago). It always bothered me but I never did research on how to fix it. Now I find this video today due to a totally unreleated issue, and the pixel is gone in less than 10 seconds. Oh man. Thanks a ton.

I have multiple lines going horizontally and vertically on the right side. Will this fix it? And by “I have” I mean I may purchase a 4k tv dirty cheap if I can fix it this way!

Would this help with a single vertical line on the left side of my Sony 4K?

Will it work on my Epson 3LCD projector? Model is eb-s18. I have one pixel that is always blue, but when it shows white image, blue dot disappears.

When I have a LG CX OLED 55 inch, it shows me a green thin horizontal line in the middle of the screen. Is there a solution and how can I use this program and connect the program

theres this delayed line on my screen and when it flips to a different frames its stick on the last frame for a millisecond then go to the next one

If I play it at 2x will that make it better or worse? And how to I keep the video running without screen time out.

I have this white border around my screen, it appeared once before and a similar video fixed it, however, I do not remember one thing from last time I fixed it, the screen image keeps stopping at a certain point, freezes in place and the image kind of slowly burns and loses contrast, then it stop freezing. This happened last time too, but I do not remember how to fix this. At one point your video does fix the burn completely, but the screen still has these random freezes and burns. If I stop the monitor for some time, the border appears again, but the screen at least works. I'm going to buy a new one next month, and I will send this one to warranty then, but I thought maybe someone here has any idea. Should I leave it on longer? Should I leave my monitor off longer? It gets pretty hot with this video on.

Stuck pixel or dead? Mine has dead pixel(or maybe stuck) at green color which they stay black

I'm a pretty technical guy so I feel sort of silly asking this question but, would this weaken or "exercise" the rest of the pixels that AREN'T stuck therefore putting more theoretical wear on the screen? I have a brand new Toshiba 32-inch LED LCD and I'm worried that this may compromise the pixels that are fine (in time.)

CeeStyleDj - You cannot weaken any pixels that are functioning correctly ! - what would happen is that they will work far more efficient than just a standard picture running - unless you are running a BluRay DVD film for example through HDMI setup. The whole point is that even if you buy a Brand New Screen - the manufactures can allow for upto 10% dead pixels on arrival (DOA) - dead pixels can happen at any time as screens become even cheaper to mass produce - and screens are made to last a few years now not 10 years + - Technology moves fast and screens are getting bigger and sharper soon 6K or even 8K screens will be on the market. From what we know the vast majority will have Dead Pixels on their screens at home already - but unless you look now and act they will multiply

IDP Film what do you mean “unless you are running a Blu Ray DVD film”? I have a UBP 700 UHD Blu Ray player if I run this video will it still play movies just as good as it did before?

Phillip Smith they do. Leave it for atleast 10-20 minutes. If it’s still there? Leave it for 30 minutes to a hour.
