It works. There were a lot of stuck pixels from a paused game, so i put this video on and it fixed them. Thank you very much.

if your screen Is LCD and is not OLED probably some of your backlight LEDs are actually broken

You can keep the volume as per your comfort, the volume doesn't have anything to do with with the video. Just make sure you play the video "in 1080p at 60fps on FULL BRIGHTNESS"

Pull the screen from opposite corners with your two fingers to zoom and fill the screen with the video. If you have any other doubt you can ask me anytime.
