This is just my kind of home, it's not over the top, it's like the three 🐻🐨, it's just right 👍👍 I love the ambiance and I love the artwork and the design. Hopefully, I hope to see more homes, just like this.😅😅

I love the layouts of most of these places. My favorite parts are the floating shelves, benches beneath the windows, built-ins, & especially the stand alone tubs in the ensuite, as well as the WICs.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

4th house Dining room has a Bow Window. We have a window seat in our Master, and it has two flip-open seats. The builder just used piano hinges.

17:10 That remote controls the faucets, there are no other controls in there! You can set the exact temperature you want for your shower! However you won’t be able to take a shower during a power outage! 18:10 The designer may need to have an intervention, seems to be obsessed with alcohol! 🤦‍♀️

Right wine chiller in the laundry room is insane.

Didn't like that kitchen sink . it would be easy washing pots and pans i( those that dishwasher can't get clean )

Too many glass paned cabinets in kitchen IMO. Looks like a checker board. The basement sink is totally useless 🤦‍♀️

Im thinking this "farmhouse" thing has been a bit overdone. Its going to be a very dated look in no time flat.

@@karens8633 floor plan is different than a style, farm house style or look is what he's talking about so has a little to do with some of the style of decorative treatment but mostly the exterior elevation (style)

Maybe in the wrong settings, but these closely resemble all the houses they've been building in my area for 70+ years.

I think just hearing the background music is enough. All the commentary, breathing, laughs etc. is distracting. It's all self explanatory 😊

That house is gorgeous and it would be an alcoholic’s Paradise lol so much alcohol storage
