Beautiful home, it's a shame the lot is so small. A house like that needs at least an acre.

Yeah the lack of privacy from the windows in the dining room wouldnt be a problem if it this house was surrounded by a forest instead of neighbors

Very small back yard and that tiny patio was a joke. Also it looked like the ground was very uneven and rough.

The dinning spaces and master suite is small. For $2M there should be a formal living room included. The wood stair spindles should be wrought iron and appliances should be high end. The built-in bbq griill area should have a sink and ample storage for a true outdoor kitchen. All showers should include handhelds and the mix of black and gold water fixtures throughout the house was tacky. The exposed beams were not attractive.

2 million for this home and it has an unfinished basement. There is nothing about that home that deserves a 2 mill price tag. Ive seen nicer for a good amount less.

Nice home but if I’m spending $2 million it would not be this
Love the craftsman style but needs windows where the mirrors are on each side of the fireplace. Makes the living room Cave like.
This house was ridiculously expensive and the layout is a waste of spaces. The kitchen upper cabinets don’t have soft closure but the wasted space laundry does have soft closure upper cabinet doors? In Kansas in that neighborhood- wow. No way. Yikes
I'm not a huge fan of the dining room in the front of the house. I think with all the windows in that area, I'd make that a nice sitting room with lots of pretty plants and close off the open area from the pantry going into that room. The other room off the kitchen would be the everyday eating area and dining room.
The architectural details feel very applied, both indoors and out. Also, why doesn't the living room have windows that you look out of? Not a fan of this house because of the living room alone.
From the first impression, it looks as though you were in the country. As you tour the home that is certainly not the case, however the exterior looks much better than the interior
Beautiful home. Love the kitchen, love that the island has no sink on it. Love that the sink is in front of the window. Love love, love, the butler pantry. I wish the pantry would of had lower cabinets with butcher block that's how I want to remake my pantry. Just BEAUTIFUL!
Like the house but no go for me is that there are basically no windows out of the living room to the backyard. Everything is open on the fron of the house but by close yourself off the your backyard like that? Definitelly needs more windows back there.
Great home! Although, I'm really surprised the primary bedroom wasn't bigger.
@TMKJG24

The unfinished basement would be my primary with a whole ensemble 😂😂😂😂
Should be $500k in Kansas because no finished basement, carpeting on second floor, plain backyard, not enough land around the house, you see your neighbors from every window and odd window placement. The finishes are very nice though.
2 million dollars??? That is way overpriced. Maybe $500,000.00

This is hands down the favorite house I've ever seen! Beautiful. Homey feeling. And the kitchen has countertop space and storage! I love it! Thanks for sharing Timothy!
Beautiful home, certainly. That living room was a question mark, though. A high wall on one side with no features or windows. Notable lack of an outside view, in contrast to the formal dining room. Seems like the architect dropped the ball in the living room.
Love this house!! Wrap around porch, cozy living room...kitchen not out in open Absolutely the favorite rooms are morning room and master bath!!! Wonderful idea for master bedroom to be on main level....just so much to love and enjoy ❤❤
Nice home but no finished basement and no web trusses to have an ultra smooth ceiling with everything tucked in so I don’t get how builders/designers overlook these important details so when it is finished it looks as good as the rest of the homes details instead of an afterthought…. Just my opinion but thanks for the videos Timmothy and congratulations on the partnership!!!! God Bless and safe travels doing what you do!!!!
I agree with you, Timothy, this is a gorgeous home!!! Love, love, love! 💖💖💖
The little breakfast room feel so cozy. ❤
I love this home. The morning room is lovely! It’s light and bright. Very unique for sure.
Timothy?? This house was worth the wait!! Very Majestic Looking!! It's One Of My Favorites Too!! Like The Artistry And The Way It's Designed!! Just A Very Smart Beautiful Home From Upstairs To The Basement Is Just Grand And Stately!! You Hit This Out Of The Ballpark!! Thank You For This Winner!!❤😊
Fabulous! Just needs some acreage. These beautiful homes with no yard space seems to be the trend .
Loved everything about this beautiful home!!!
I love it. Beautiful home!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are both wrap around porches and the built-ins.
For $2M and not having some of the finer details like soft closing doors on cabinets, unfinished basement, pretty basic built in closets, and tankless water heater. Other than that the details on the ceiling and herringbone brick on the porch very nice. Overall very cool home.
Very nice home if you do not have little children. Why are they still Building homes with the master on the First floor and the children's bedrooms on the second floor? Does anybody think of safety these days? Just think if a fire breaks out at night while sleeping. You will not be able to get to your children in time to save them in this home.

@@cjhernandez9758 I have seen the effects of people living in apartments that have had fires, yes you can grab your kids and get out… from the 24th floor down the stairs. As an electrical contractor and someone who has installed more smoke detectors than one can possibly imagine I certainly feel for anyone that has lost either family, friends or property. But this is 2024 now, we have the ability to do things that people with gas and candles did not 150 years ago. Now imagine if everyone was required to live in a bungalow. We would require 15 more planet earths to sustain such a thing. Best to build a safe and sustainable solution is a good place to start.

I really don't think this house is designed for young children especially with all the bedrooms having an ensuite. As parents get older, the thought of climbing stairs is a chore. The downstairs bedroom could also be used as a guest room. One thing I don't like is the vaulted ceilings, waste of space, hard to heat and allows noise to travel through the house. Love the exterior and the garage is great.
This is a beautiful home with excellent quality workmanship and materials. Wow!
Hi Timothy. Beautiful home. Thank you for the tour.🙂
My absolute favorite house ever!
I love this home because the layout isn't like so many we've seen. Stunning!
Stunning ❤❤❤
Congratulations it’s beautiful.
Beautiful house, thanks for the tour, very complete, ❤
The positive: the style and trades skilled items . Good lighting both natural and man made. The deal breaker: open concept. My kitchen needs its own sanctuary:) .
Gorgeous!
Love love love this one!!! Great tour! Thank you:)
Looks nice from outside, but interior layout is kinda odd. Breakfast is separated from the kitchen, and Office is on the second floor.
It’s Beautiful! Craftsman is my favorite style! I wouldn’t have any gas in it. Just the outdoor grille.
BEAUTIFUL!!
I’m in LOVE!😍

Love this house! Nothing is cookey cutter about it. I'd love living there!
I'm loving the house AND the street itself looks beautiful as well. I always hate seeing a new home and all the trees and foliage have been mowed down for the construction.
A Bue Ti Ful Home, I wouldn't change anything. It's perfect!
Beautiful and unique.
Beautiful home!! I love these videos. I get ideas and a wish list for my home. The stove and double oven are on my list. I really like the grill area. ❤️
The fridge and ovens need some countertop next to them....a good way to get burned or drop things!
Beautiful Home 🥰🥰
What a BEAUTIFUL HOME, but not many could afford it. Oh well a girl can dream!
this is my absolute favorite that you have toured so far!
For that price i would expect some privacy !
Love homes like this
It's a beautiful house. It feels homey. Much better than the ultra modern.
Beautiful house. 😊
Love it!❤
I love it.
I think builders need to get creative with the front or back porch. We just don’t live in a time where people feel comfortable sitting out of the front or back porch. Even in apartments, no one really goes out if you ever really notice. A screened porch. Or even a camera tech screen that projects the outside on a tv screen that looks realistic but it’s closed in. Overall my point is consider more of a privacy option in the year 2024.
I’m not usually into the double story homes, because myself and my mother are wheelchair bound, but there are a few places you could incorporate a lift to have access to all 3 levels of that stunning home, would just need a secondary master on the main level and it would be perfect to house my whole family

It's easy and common to add elevators to these homes !
I would change the breakfast room into a small office. Could put a door off the kitchen for privacy.
Great home! Maybe the best you’ve shown - or right up there!
This is for sure a beautiful home. Love the screened in back porch. I wish more homes had that as an option. However, seems priced a little high at $2 million…especially with the basement unfinished and what seems to be a smaller lot than say the Utah homes.
That house was new but felt like home. Best tour I've seen ❤
Beautiful
I really love this house. I have 2 problems with it, 1 would probably be easily rectified, the other idk. I would like double hung windows in all the rooms instead of windows that dont open. One of the previous comments mentioned that where the mirrors are in the living room there should be windows, I'll second that. Also there is no guest bath upstairs. If ppl are in the study or family room the only access to a bathroom is thru one of the bedrooms. Over all the house is great. I like craftsman homes and the house is not overwhelming but rather cozy. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊
For the price, the basement should be finished. The family room while nice is too small. Love the outdoor spaces.

Wassup Tim?! I love the fireplace and pantry, I'd take the formal dining room and use it as a office/decorating.
Winner definitely awesome
Don't get me wrong. I could be quite comfortable in a house like this one. My main problem is how it is built. Most homes nowadays are built rather flimsy. Cheap materials. Like papier mache
I like the style of this home but while you were there, the living room windows had lots of light coming in. Right next to it the kitchen was dark and needed all the lights turned on. This was a missed opportunity, IMO.
Blue ish green IS what teal is. Lol it’s a cool house.

I like having a separate sink area for dishes that’s not the island. However, I don’t see the downside in having a sink in the island for food and vegetable prep. If I’m seasoning and mixing things it’s nice to have a nearby separate sink that is not the dish sink. Some of us are guilty of letting the sink pile up with dishes before deciding to wash them.
That has to be one of the biggest craftsman homes I’ve ever seen
This one is nice.
It's a nice house. The unfinished basement invites for make your own man cave with your ideas. But here in Germany you can buy a house of stone and concrete for this amount. I think for the porch swing is not enough space for swinging.

Every wood is a different color. Floor, beams, bannisters, mantle, island and doors. Wood cabinets look good with floor, otherwise should have stained everything else to go with flooring. It isn't a bad build just missing the details. 1.4 million as it sits.
The trim around that electrical outlet in the dining room 💀
Huge pet peeve when the dor opens to the staris
Over 2 million and only one oven🤷♀️ Very nice home. It reminds me of the big fancy houses on a horse ranch in a romcom movie

That's a false statement, just because someone is willing to overpay for it, doesn't equate that it has that value. Value is a perception, not a hard fact, even hard assets work this way. It's value is only what you place on it, not what it truly is.
Dunno why but the pictures of the highland cows in that one bedroom was my favorite part of the tour.
I really like this place. I'd want to see if they had a single floor design. You could still have the vaulted ceiling in the Living Room. Put in a Residential Elevator to the Basement. The other space in that area where the second floor stairs were could have a good size Coat Closet built in. In the Dining Room I'd want double hung windows. Crazy those are not openers. I'd want the deeper Basement wall pour. Also have this place on a sloped lot so the Basement can be a Walk Out. If this place could be designed with floor trusses on top of it being deeper walled you'd have fantastic ceiling height with all the electrical, plumbing, and ducts running through the trusses. Also with trusses the steel beams and jack posts could be eliminated. You'd have over 9' ceilings. I'd want two Bedrooms down there with a Bathroom for them and a Powder Room. The rest of the area could be a common area like a Family Room.
The upstairs bathrooms Needs and should have (especially at this price point) a linen cabinet in them and the home also should have a linen closet to serve all the upstairs. And last is same for Master bathroom should have its own linen cabinet or closer in the ensuite.
