OMG...It's so hard to choose which would be a favorite place! They're all so gorgeous & have some great layouts to them all. But, I think if I had to really choose, it would be The Carolina home. I just loved them all! The Carolina is my most favorite.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice homes. But I am not a fan of the black tub and sinks. Looks nice but I want to be able to see the dirt and scum so as not to miss any spots when cleaning. 😮😅 You show some amazing homes!

Very interesting modern houses. In my opinion, the most successful house - "The Carolina" by Infinity Custom Homes both inside and outside . In the first house, I didn’t like the stairwell in the middle of the entire room. The house "Plan 15630" by Partners in Building is large, but the inside still has the same old fashioned kitchen cabinets, thrifted tile, and old plumbing fixtures. The last house is completely different from a classic farmhouse and this is very pleasing.

Not a fan of where the kitchen pantry is placed. Too far away from the kitchen work area. Beautiful home!

How do u fill the tub in in 2nd house 🤔 didn’t see a water spout.

Black tubs and showers are a bite to clean due to water spots they become highly visible!

Are you sure that was a 2nd dishwasher? it could have been an ice maker. I'm not a fan of the modern look homes. They look cold to me. But each to his own. We are talking about aesthetics, a subject where subjectivity rules.

Exactly as I was going to say. I got chills looking at these places. Where I am low roofs are a no go. In some cases insurance companies hit you with a penalty since they are more prone to leaking and damage. A lot of glass is a no go in the frigid winters.

The thing with modern Or these ultra modern homes is that they are very pretty but not very spacious to me. The bedrooms seem kind of small compared to pair to traditional houses. And These ultra modern homes are always so expensive but not very spacious.
