We do not know the leader of the other country is looking negotiations then and now while he his speaking to the general and the russian press they are givig the russian citizenship to ukrainian people because their country eas an invension of Lenin,they are not real and they are liberating them of their regime because they cannot speak russian.In fact ukrainian know russian and used and stopped because their neighbours doesn't understand they want to live as they were living in years.As about the negotiations of Donbass the husband of the lady had reach an agreement with Donetz and Luhansk around the Formule of Steinmeier treating the territories with caracter of Special autonomies,giving them free elections and use of language and acchange they will recognice their wish to live under ucrainian flag.It was the interest of Dombass population who in free request voted a 59% prefer to live with national ukrainian government and only 10 percent preferred to live under russian flag.This changed sustancially the 2013 refetendum.Zelenskyy was ready to sign this document but when it goes to rhada the opposition rejected.He had to came back and say he cannot sign anything without the free people will.When they prepared to escrutini documents to changes,Putin exploded screamed and menaced everybody,represents of Donetz Luhansk,OSCE authorities,diplomatics of Germany and France and Ukraine,even Zelenskyy,he say it was a trick,a.mockery and stormed breaking irremediably the dialog ond half of february 2022.After that OSCE retired their employees and abandonated Kyiv.On 21 february Putin declared without knowledge of Dombass or even Lavrov diplomatics the "independence" of Donetz and Luhansk.On 27 february at night Russia aytacked without any advise the capital Kyiv,where the three powers of Ukraine residing and special squadron of russian privates attempted to cature or kill the ukrainian president,his wife and children.After documents and audios get from russian generals in Belarus waiting with troops to advance to invasion it was noted the order to attack Kyev was ordered earlier than 21,meaning the time the documents still were at rhada in process to got the answer of ukrainian dioutades.Vladymir Putin was specially interested to no reach any agreement and not follow negotiations with Ukraine except the unilateral of Russia annexing the whole country.This was extracted not from Ukrainian comments but from the presents who all coincide the president of Ukraine wanted to sign the document and continued to work and convence the diputades who refuse to accept conditions of deal.He wanted peace for every else for Ukraine he never called to war and people from Dombass believed on him to force their authorities to sign the deal and stopped the dispute.These was extracted of massive coments from Dombass and russian people comments.There were not war on the years of Zelenskyy government in dombass,there were reports on seven casualties of war in 2020 and 8 casualties of war during whole 2021all by contact with mines and bombs unexploded disposed by separatist guerrilla in access to Dombass.He sent ukrainian army to retired these escolted and escrutinized by international human rights warchers asked from UN HR Counseil who have direct and free contact with dombass civilian and also by their request Zelenskyy himself had to dispute with veterans disposition of missil supporters in the middle of civilian territories with plain peril for their lives.He retired them he speaks russian,he reconstructed broken acces roads and retired from Azov troops integrated to regular atmy simbols and ideology suspicious aswell expulse individual under report for violation of human rights and send them to trial in the country.The conditions of live between Dombass and loyal ukrainians were restoref to this change of mind in 2022.So the leader of ukraine wanted peace is rare the leader of a country who wss in dialog table in condition of protector break such dialog and enter in state of war without advise. Normally a protector can give their comment but not break dialog when parts understand to agreement.
