I’ve been watching this series for over two years and this is my favorite fridge section I’ve ever seen. This guy is a great communicator and I love how he had separate fridges for drinks and food. He should consider going into TV presenting when he’s done fighting.

Chandler is a great explainer and says everything with not alot being said, he gives you his statement and reasoning, and gives you the detail behind it like he’s definitely on TOP of a lot of athletes health wise. He’s a great coach!

How can you not love this guy? He is always trying to give more to the people and that too without any negativity and hatred for others. Nothing but love and respect from India 🇮🇳

Chandler however went over to Dustin to congratulate him on his victory and Dustin shoved him away, that's a sore winner right there

There is no doubt that the UFC is leagues ahead of any MMA promotion in the states. Chandler fought in Bellator for 10 years with a 18-5 successful and exciting career and was moderately known to the MMA world, but in the UFC has a 2-3 losing record but is now more famous than ever and is obviously now more well known. This shows the power and marketing of the UFC.

I've been rooting for Michael since his early days in Bellator! Glad to see he's been so successful, seems like a great human being!

Michael Chandler is the type of guy to say see you at the top at his buddy's funeral.

That take on Prefontaine's "to give anything less than the best is to sacrifice the gift" and involving others... loved it.

Chandler certainly has the personality and ease around cameras. I can see him becoming a commentator after he hangs them up.

"God Bless, see you at the top" Says it all the time, yet never tired of hearing it lol

Definitely one of the most elite gym and fridge episodes. Fighters are a different breed, and their diet/exercise is high level accordingly.

I’m not really following him or the UFC but everytime this guy comes across my attention I can’t stop thinking that he seems like a cool and decent guy. Also seemed really honest what he told about his diet and his approach to his career.

This guy is an absolute warrior. Straight savage in every single fight and amazing athlete. He's been fighting the best guys in the world for a long time.

Bellator is arguably in the top 3 MMA orgs and he was a double champion there, just becaue it's not the UFC doesn't mean they weren't some of the best guys in the world still@@johnboylan3832

Wholesome. Good to see the perspective of another person in their 30s. Approach to nutrition and exercise changes. My body does a lot better on fats vs. carbs too. I carb cycle but mainly eat fats and protein.
