Yeah, I really respect him for being a traditionalist. Someone like Alan could totally be a player and have an endless cycle of beautiful women coming in and out of his life. But it seems like he met a woman that he loves, and finds greater meaning in being a good husband and parent to his 3 kids. He has also been married for 18 years, 3x longer than the average celebrity's marriage length, and it seems like he's still going strong.

Such a genuine great guy, you can see he has a great family and support system. He answers all the questions politely and just flowing with the truth. Glad to see all the success for him.

He's quickly become one of my favorite actors in the last several years. He's a great actor, good dude and seems so chill and personable.

Watching him is so humbling like his demeanour it’s like this guy is a grown man, but he kinda has a kid like innocence to him. It’s honestly awesome he doesn’t seem horrible at all he just genuine seems like a humble guy. I’ve binged reacher this year and it’s amazing. I can’t wait for the rest of it.

yea when i used to work out long long ago i didn't eat bread either. Like if i was out i would get a burger from mcdonalds or such and eat the rest but throw the bread out to the birds in the parking lot. Didn't eat sweets either at that point wasn't interested in candy bars, etc. So plenty of vegs and meats, cheese but didn't really do milk or butter. Not much fruits except bananas. Love nuts and such but tried to stay away as much as possible they are very dense. A lot of chicken and especially fish, my favorite.

Love this guys honesty. Speaks volumes about who he is. Glad to see him doing well in the industry.

Love Alan Ritchson. He was amazing in Blue Mountain State, Smallville and Titans. So happy for him, with all the success that has come with Reacher. He deserves it.

Seems like a great down to earth guy. Hope Hollywood doesn't change him. Nice video!!

WoW, he kept it real and no fake shyt for the camera...UNLIKE THE OTHERS! I must respect that; he is just an average guy with a great build. I do like those instant oatmeal packs that have different flavors. I love the cinnamon and apple flavor oatmeal. My wife also cooks turkey meatloaf, and I freeze the leftovers and eat it for breakfast and lunch until it's gone. A perfect protein food.
