சரியான உணவு(வாய்) கட்டுப்பாடு எடையை எளிதாக குறைக்கலாம். நான் கடந்த மே மாதம் முதல் diet கடைபிடிக்க ஆரம்பித்தேன்.131kg முதல் 98kg க்கு வந்துள்ளேன்(7 month). குறிப்பு : மது குடிப்பவர்கள் diet செய்யவேண்டாம். எந்த பயனும் இல்லை.

@@leelavathi782 ஒரு நாளைக்கு 2000 கலோரி உணவு எடுத்து வருகின்றேன். இனிப்பு சாப்பிட மாட்டேன். காலை double egg omlette -1, black channa boil- 150g இது மட்டும் தான் உணவாக எடுத்து வருகின்றேன். மதியம் 200g சாதம் எண்ணெய் இல்லாத காய்கறி கூட்டு அதிகமாக மற்றும் குழம்பு. இரவு 6:45 மணிக்குள் 160g chappathi or No oil dosa 150g எடுத்து கொள்வேன். இடைவேளை பசி வந்தால் கொய்யா சாப்பிடுவேன்.
