Types of Tissue Part 4: Nervous Tissue
We've learned about epithelial tissue, connective tissue, and muscle tissue, so now it's time to learn about the fourth and final type, nervous tissue! That means all the neurons that send signals around your body. These make up the nervous system, which is very complicated, so let's make sure we understand neurons before we dive into that!

You just saved me so much time and frustration. Thank you so much for helping me pass my exam for anatomy and physiology!!!
Thank you so much for this clear and concise video. I really appreciate that you talk slowly, some of the other youtube professors talk way too fast! This is going to help me so much on my A&P test on the CNS tomorrow!
I discovered your channel while I was studying for a test and I just have to say THANK YOU!!
Excellent job young man. I utilize your video's for health, in High School, as we home school our children. We are studying the human body this year, and your video's help my children to visualize the complexities of the human body. This should also give them a good foundation, if they desire to study anatomy in later years. Very well done.
Professor Dave is an incredibly blessed teacher to me
Thank you so much for putting my teacher's 60 slide ppt into less than 20 mins. You're amazing
Love how the nucleus for the Schwann cell has that shiny bling going. It knows it's awesome.
Sir you're an absolute legend! I was literally struggling with this yesterday and this video popped up today! Greetings from the UK and can't wait for the next instalment

If only vids like this would have existed when I was a student. It's GREAT. Kinda cute how those Schwann cells wrap around the axon, a bit like a little fleece blanket on a cold winter eve. 👍

I was seconds away from dropping my class because I got overwhelmed by the thought of having to self teach my A&P Biology Lecture Lab class. We are due for a lab exam in 3 days despite the pandemic. I came across this video/channel and I am saved. Thank you Prof.DaddyDave!

Also, these cells are great, until they decide to mutate, and form cancer, as was my case 😟.
Even though I've heard this story before in college, you some how still are able to teach me some new stuff I wasnt aware of. Great lecture, pathology videos in future?

As a computer science student and maths genius today I am shocked that what I missed 40 years not reading biology thinking maths as superior. It was a drastic miscalculation which resulted in a dry career, so many diseases, smoking which really kills, coffee and tea and many more transgression from basic principles of life.
Great job
It all makes sense now! Thanks for the video, super helpful!
