Types of Tissue Part 1: Epithelial Tissue
When learning about the structure of the human body, it's best to begin by learning about the types of tissues that are found within, since all of the organs are made of different combinations of these types of tissues. First up is epithelial tissue, since this makes up the outermost part of the skin. Let's learn all about various epithelia!

I just discovered this channel a few weeks ago when I was looking for a comprehensive review of math from arithmetic to calc II. From what I have watched from the math series, to a few OChem videos and now simultaneously starting the anatomy and physiology vids I am completely blown away by how concise yet comprehensive these videos are. I have yet to see a unexplained leap in logic and have only seen one very minor piece of ambiguity in explanation. This channel is absolute gold; zero fluff yet Dave seems to cover all relevant information necessary to learn and understand a particular topic. A very rare combination.
i'm not in any classes for it, i dont have any desire to get a degree in human biology or biology in general, but your dedication to making informative and creative content for anyone, even if they are just looking to satisfy thier curiosity like me, is incredible.
thank you Professor Dave! you are making my online classes easier
Thank you Prof Dave! The channel makes me courageous to study biology and anatomy harder. I will never give up!
I like that you link histology and biochemistry. I think this is very important for understanding the whole picture of the world. Unfortunately, often the knowledge of students is very fragmented and it is difficult for them to combine information. Thanks for your videos.
I did watch lots of epithelium tissue explaining but i can say that yours is the best 😭
Thanks, Professor Dave you help me a lot to understand what I don't understand by reading books. So helpful at this time and age.

I'm watching your video from Libya, you're awesome ❤
Very good.
thank you for the great video, really nice explanations and i like the way to are not talking to fast. I tried watching crash course anatomy and physiology - since it has a lot of views , but the guy in the video just talks to damn fast for my taste and i am not able to process all the info he is trying to say. I would choose this over it any day.
Thanks!
I love you, thank you very much.

Go on❤️
Thankkkkkkk youuuuuu soooooo muchhhhhhhh
Hi Plaease i have a question concerning the apical part of tle epithelial cell... cilia , flagella & microvilli are in the same place or each one of them in certain organ?
NOTICE!!!!!! do not just copy this information down. pause and go through each and every-thing he is talking about , go to different youtube sources so you can learn to expalain yourself what you know in various ways, that includes reading sources online as well. ( you must do this ) go watch or look up actual pics so you can get better understanding, im talking to newbies on this journey. its difficult if you try to take it in all at one go. come back and watch the videos in parts, take it easy , if you will be starting university soon i highly reccomend dont wait until it starts , get on it NOW , so you have a big head start vs scrambling to watch these videos while you are in class ( trust me ) happy learning everyone
So nice 👍🏻🌺
