Who goes to Greece in November unless you live here? It will be cold windy raining and unless you are on the mainland or one of the big islands everything is closed I hate to say. That's why there is such a price difference with charters or all inclusive deals. May, June July August are the months to go . In september it starts raining.

Olympic beach, in Greece, is similar with people dumping unwanted items not far from where tourist stay (standing fan, baby-stroller, sofa chairs, etc). Hey Gabriel, I am so glad I went back to see this one that got past me. I have definitely got to go to Greece and spend a month or two and do some real exploring. I have a degree in history so I have a real curiosity of what happened and where it happened. Some day soon I hope to get all of my stuff shipped from America to me here in Thailand so I can have what is left of my library. Most of what I kept is all of my research books. I can read Greek but not without my books. I have always had trouble learning languages but with the right kind of books I can get through most of it. Living next to the Mexican border I picked up a lot of the language and living in Thailand for 14 years I have picked up some of it but not proficient in any of them. I'll have to keep an eye out for your next video.

The disposal of scrap metal is often a problem on small islands. I've seen abandoned cars, boats etc. on the Spanish Canary Islands and even on some of the outlying islands of the UK to a lesser extent. I suppose there isn't the infrastructure to break and recycle metal in these locations.

Man, you should visit Spetses (sp?) - pretty small island, but a nice one and you can cycle around it in a day! Went there on a family holiday in ‘97!

If they served that to Greek people for 20 euros that place would be out of business in one season. I hate watching foreigners get burned. Things will be pricey in some places because of over 10 years of economic collapse and 2 years of covid. The government got 32 billion for covid releaf and the people and businesses have gotten nearly nothing in help as usual and yet these oligarchs can't be gotten rid of. Our government as most countries is full and I MEAN FULL of thieves and corrupt families that do not love their people or appreciate the common man's struggle to do business here. Hopefully one day this can change. Don't confuse Greek government with Greek people. The people are great and will do anything for a stranger. The government however is rotten to the core.
