I am 46 too born 1971. I too find the technology especially horrible smarphones to be dehumanizing in a way and makes me feel sick sometimes. Back in the old days (pre smart phone /internet) i often didnt have a phone, but back then evryone knew evryone on the street it was more social.

I prefer too life back "in the old days". Today still resisting when I have never own a wireless phone in the cause of remedy thus it must be an autistic principal to our pure mind.
