    As for me nothing helped me when I was in depressing inspite of seeing the people who are in worse position than me for example the people who cant see at all- blinds, or lame people who cant walk ,or the individuals who care after criples, disabled ones - for the life is more difficult than me , when I think or see such situations it helps me more, so Do the same Be grateful for every moment, When we are in depression we are closer to God , it means we must return to Him , Mention ,pray In spite of
