As a lifelong consumer of McDonalds the way I would describe it is dependable. It may not be the best but it’s always there for you and it’s rarely bad.

Steven seems like an awesome boss to have, some great rapport with his team members.

Indeed, this pushes the "barrier" furthermore. Even if YT's viewers maybe don't seem at first to be interested by this. I use to make my way to channel (like this one) from recommandation, then careful picking from I want to see and also (being honest) viewing numbers. But that both ways. There are always beautiful things that the masses miss... 😏🤫🧐

Gotta say, I love the behind the scenes videos alot!!! Love Breakfast POV best...but these ones are cool too. Just the daily troubleshoots of McDonald's ownership.

I really enjoy your videos. I most especially enjoy these type of videos that are not always just making of the food but actually showing us around the store and other parts of owning a restaurant. Well done.

It’s unfortunate, however, that so many other franchisees and managers are not following your example, one of the many reasons why fast food workers across the country are banding together to work for higher wages and improvements in their working conditions. I know you can’t change a system - or a corporate brand - all by yourself, Stephen. But at least you’re showing a different side of McDonalds than the one that so many of us have become accustomed to seeing. And that’s a positive step, not only for yourself but for the company that you’re operating a franchise for. Aloha 🤙🏼

When I worked at McD's back in the 80's, not one of the franchise owners could work any position. And I worked for 3 different franchises over the years. Nice to see an owner in there leading by example. I even remember the unannounced QSC visits from corporate. You always wanted a good score.

Had the sweet and spicy jam on a sausage egg McMuffin and it was awesome! Definitely my favorite of the two.

When ever I feel like I'm in a spicy mood, I add a little bit of Spicy Ketchup on my sandwich. And man oh man. What a kick.

Y’all get everything early than my McDonald’s…I’m a crew trainer at my local one here in upstate New York and so far it’s been a blast from my good days to my bad days

Oh man 2:50 reminds me that time on my local Golden Arches I.T. Team uploading new items to registers and the system just go haywire, sometimes i've had to contact stores to provide workarounds for me to finish the job to launch the "new product". I dunno if they're different than before, i bet they do, i left 2012.

McD's really missed an opportunity there to call it the Mambo #5 sauce. Also, I like this 'out of the kitchen' style video. More content makes for a better channel!
