"Clean" is like Numero Uno.. A LOT of people still have the bad stigma of Fast Food in the 70's. Today's FF is nothing like it was (That goes for some of the good parts too tho) More "Clinical" and Policy Driven.. And they're even sorta stepping away from "Customer always right, no matter what". As MCds is notorious for being abused by "customers".

@@ryan-fk4kn They're one of the easiest breakfasts to make. Flour, butter, egg and milk for the dough. Flour and milk for the gravy (that's why it's white), and a little crumbled sausage if you're feeling fancy. I can't really relate the taste. Similar to pancakes without the syrup, I guess but the gravy changes that. You'll have to make them sometime and try them!

It tastes medium thick creamy, savory (with bits of crumbly sausage). It's REALLY good. When I've eaten it from other places, (My McDonald's in California doesn't have it), I often add Sriracha sauce (which is a staple of California). 😊

I was searching for videos about working at McDonald’s because I just turned 16 yesterday; I’m gonna try and fill out applications next week, and your channel came up. Hey, fellow 16 year old here who used his videos to learn. Honestly right choice watching these videos to learn, I’ve been working at McDonald’s for almost a month now. Only worked on the line (which is what he’s doing) once in my training but these videos helped whilst I did that. Be prepared to be very stressed lol it’s a high demanding job and you’ll have some days where you’re super rushed off your feet. Also be prepared for some employees not to be quite nice, I’ve noticed that with mine but luckily 98% of them are lovely. I believe you’ll do great there and hope it goes well!

Hey good luck with the hiring process! I’m currently a manager at a McDonald’s, like the comment above me says, there’s times where it’ll be super busy or there won’t be enough people, it’ll feel like it’s never ending, you just have to push thru it. Most of the time, we have crew trainers train new hires to teach them the basics. At first it’ll seam like a lot but give it some time and you’ll adjust and have a flow of your own. Not everyone will work the same pace, some people may be faster then others but that’s ok. If you are working in the kitchen area (where all the food is being made) it may seam pretty intimidating, especially being on table (where all the food is being assembled) but eventually it’ll become a routine. I wasn’t properly trained on being on table, I just learned how to assemble the food from working there for a while but there’s also charts that show the step by step assembling for each item. Don’t be too nervous, you’ll get the help you need and will catch on to everything quick 🙂

i never had the urge to try mcdonalds biscuits and gravy until i started working there, my coworkers think i'm weird because i like to put cheese on mine (hear me out ok) one day a customer came into the store asking for biscuits and gravy with 2 slices of cheese, i was weirded out at first but asked her if it was good because i've never heard of someone doing that before. she said it was amazing and that she can't eat biscuits and gravy the regular way anymore so i got intrigued and ordered it when i went on break and i agree with her 100% it was so good and i've been doing it ever since

It'd be really cool to see a video of what your store cleaning process is like. Working at a restrarunt that closes at 10pm we do our regular cleaning at night when closed, I'm curious how it is when you don't ever really close. I'm mostly curious because damn those are some clean floors for a fast food place!

We dont have that here in Canada, they even discontinued the scrambled eggs here :( Love watching how efficient the line is and such awesome team work. They call it "Fast Food" but a big part of the fast part is the efficiency of it, everyone has a job and does it so well. THank You so much for sharing

The biscuits were introduced in Canada in 2011, only to be quietly withdrawn in 2013. It's just not a Canadian thing, sadly.

What I would like to see is closing the restaurant for the day. As someone, who has done a ton of those shifts, I´d like to see, how it works at your place.

we need a hour or more of just you making stuff!

Please do 1 hour of lunch rush, it would be really interesting. I also really like how professional you are, here in Italy the majority of the staff from mcdonalds is very unprofessional, they're very slow and often the orders are messed up.

The Gravy Biscuits are the real deal and I’m so glad my McDs has it. So good!

I've had some really good biscuits in the DFW airport in a Biscuit Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich at 6AM when the the location opened. Some of the worst were at 10:30AM right before they switched to lunch and they were all dried out in a small town in Kentucky. Never tried the gravy but I haven't seen it available in the app.

I like how consistent he is to make sure everyone gets the proper amount of gravy. That’s what I call having standards.

I missed this and am glad to finally watch it.

McDonald's biscuits and gravy is pretty darn good, just wish the Mickey D's a couple of minutes away had it on the menu. Pretty sure they did in the past, but now the only location in my area I know of that does is a 30 minute drive. An hour + round trip for biscuits and gravy doesn't make sense when there's also a Hardee's just five minutes away.

I use to work at a mcdonald for 5 years during my highschool time and i loved doing the night shifts since we were busy at all we could basically do whatever we went after everything was cleanup for the morning crew but i only did them whenever my favorite manager was on that shift lol

Gravy and biscuits is offered in 1 or 2 biscuit servings. The biscuits aren’t split in the 2 biscuit serving. You may have noticed the 2 biscuit servings also got 2 scoops of gravy, not a single scoop spooned over the biscuit halves.

Sadly McD Breakfast is not a thing here in Denmark anymore, it was removed in the beginning of March 2023. The official statement from McDonalds Denmark: "It is too complicated for new employees", I'm not kidding. They really said that.

I haven't seen biscuits and gravy on the menu since the mid 90s in my state 😮

At 1:06 two lucky people got two full biscuits in their order. We don't have biscuits and gravy up in VT. So I don't know if there is like a half order (1 biscuit split) or full order (2 biscuits). Or if it was just a happy mistake, but either way.....throw a folded egg and a sausage patty in that platter and send it to VT lol. Great content, keep it up!

I am a mcdonald employee working on kitchen as well. I just want to express my feelings on how hard it is for working in a kitchen alone, literally I had to do everything all by myself plus memorizing all of my counters orders because we are not an updated store like the customer orders where on a screen. From all the meal and burgers all of their calls you have to do it alone it was very tiring. I plan to move on another job because this was really draining my whole me.

When I was manager there at McDonald’s I put the bottom muffin on the correct spot on the wrapper and then after putting the cheese or so I just move the top muffin or biscuit on and wrap. I was a kitchen department manager I did all the ROP ordering to inventory and did the Garda coin order. My supervisor and my corporate they are very strict on how we lay the bun, muffin, biscuits. They always tell me always make sure the bottom is facing towards the landing zone. You guys are owner operator correct. When I work there our McDonald’s is a franchise
