I worked at McDonald's waaaay back in the mid-80s. This grill area looks nothing like what 16 year old me slaved in. We actually made the hotcakes from liquid batter...the McMuffin eggs were cooked in this metal contraption with a small water reservoir on top that slowly released water to steam the eggs on the grill...we did grill and hold the sausage back then...I think we made the scrambled to order when the bin caller ordered up a Big Breakfast but I can't remember exactly...we had two biscuit ladies who made them fresh every morning...the bacon was shaped in little circles to fit on the biscuits better. That's about all I can remember about breakfast. For lunch, I was the reg grill master. I could pack that bin with Big Macs (and regular burgers) during any rush.

Most people think that stuff at McDonald's is just thrown in a fryer or premade and microwaved and that is it. Nowadays as much as possible is fresh, I think it is awesome!

Steak and egg sandwich is one of my favorite breakfasts at McDonalds (Burrito is the other one). The patty has a really nice texture and the grilled onions really add a lot of flavor

I haven't ate at a McDonalds for at least 6+ years. This man's video made me go back and try a double quarter pounder for the first time. In fact... I think I haven't ate McDonalds for 9 years... times has changed when I entered one 2 weeks ago. Lol. Big screen tvs, kiosk, wow.

I've ate McDonald's for 40 years now, and because of this video, I now know they make it fresh at that store. I know most is pre-made processed but because of this guy, I had no idea how much is made at store just before I eat it.

Had some reservations about the steak but tried a SECB this morning since it was on sale. Hands down the best thing on the breakfast menu.

I live in Southern California and I never see the Steak and Egg Bagel on the menu here. I first had it on a work trip on the east coast and it became my favorite of the McDonalds breakfast sandwiches.
