Wow I’m literally driving through somewhere everyday :0 I thought everybody knew how it worked lol and yes it all has plastic in it

i eat mcdonald's two or three times a week. i order 8-10 quarter pounder patties, no bun. i ask for no seasoning, so i know they are freshly cooked and i know the actual sodium content. and i eat those patties with either homemade sweet potato fries made in an airfryer or with a bag of kettle avocado oil potato chips, which are made with only avocado oil, sea salt and potatoes. and they're actually low glycemic. so actually kinda healthy. that's my idea of fast food. also i eat a bag of frozen broccoli that i steam cause broccoli actually neutralizes the carcinogens that arise when meat is cooked at higher temperatures.

I haven't had McDonald's in over 10 years and that chain broke earlier in the year. Still as tasty as I remember.
