Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. kzread.infoUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.
Thanks for talking us through the warm up....very important.... More kettlebell exercises please. Love the punch out. Peace.
Man I just started Pavel's Enter the Kettlebell routine and that's been tearing me up. Don't even wanna think about how much this will gas me out
I feel like it’s very difficult to check all the boxes in terms of physical performance. Strength, speed, flexibility, endurance and aesthetics. Mr. Daru however does it well.

100% If you did nothing but kettlebell swings, though, you’d get close . No movement like it
Been anticipating this video Thanks man! Always i take on your kettlebell workouts
Thank you for not skipping the warm up so many other workouts just begin without the warm up and assume you just know how to do it properly.
Thank you for this, Phil! Good quick way to get some endurance training in during my day. Definitely doable to do within a 15 min. break at work. Would love to see some sandbag workouts too eventually!
Good stuff as usua l! love d the heavy hitter program. Hope you can show us some good workouts with 'odd equipment' like Atlas balls and sandbags etc. Noticed you with an Atlas ball in one vid. Thanks for your dedication to high quality output
Just bought a heavier kettlebell a couple days ago, this is perfect timing! Hell yeah thanks Phil 🙏🏼
Nice shirt going to hit this kb work add this in twice a week with the bike cardio you gave us
Digging the shirt brother!
Just superb
Fantastic.
Excellent Work Sir!
Great workout. Thanks for sharing, Phil!
Hey boss! Great work out, I’m actually about to warm up and give it a run. What weight are you using or do you recommend?
Love it
This program can build by it the muscles or it's just for improve the power and cardio.....thank you
Would this concept be beneficial if applied to other movements such as power cleans, plyo push ups, standing band rows, hanging leg raises or Plyometric alternating lunges? For me I would like to think someone could become a beast if they applied this concept of training to other compound movements.
Is it worth doing the same thing but with different type of exercise? For example push ups?
Bulgarian bag, the best!
Hey Phil great video as always, thank you! Thanks to you i’m getting more and more into kickboxing lately and I’m wondering if you would recommend me getting Fight Ready and Body Armor (one for the gym and one for when don’t have access to the gym). Would these two be adequate for kickboxing or would you recommend me a different one? Thank you!

Yes this could actually work for any combat sport being very versatile and general in terms of movement.

@@PhilDaruStrong Thank you Phil!
Kettlebell workout je super
Coach , would this be a good workout to use for threshold training?
Hey coach thinking about purchasing your body armor series, looking for something mostly body weight based for my home gym (I don’t have weights). Is this a good fit??
I had a football coach in high school that looks and talks exactly like you, he pushed us all to the max lol
💪🏻💪🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I like ur shoes Phil. What are they? The ones in the picture of the video at the beginning not the video itself :)
I remember the Police Athletic league they had a chapter in my hometown of Irvington N .J . In the mid 70s . My friend s and I used to play bumper pool there !!!!

How much rest did you say between sets? 30 sec?
Yo man !!! You are superman 👍💪
Why are you keeping your arms bent in the KB Swing?
Would it be good to add this at the end of a push pull strength workout to get some extra work?

Would you say this is a perfect workout for vo2 max increase?
@wellnesspathforme6236
2 жыл бұрын
I think it will help, but I don't think it is anywhere near "perfect." I suspect that sprinting (on feet or bicycle) increases VO2 max much better than this. But, this has other advantages over sprinting (much better at posterior chain and core strengthening).
how many sets?
Would you recommend bottoms-up kettlebell press?

He has some videos where he does include those
can anyone explain me the set?
Does it make sense to use the same parameters but a different exercise?lets say a goblet squat

Don't see why not
I don’t get the u do 5reps then u wait 30sec then u do 10reps and that’s were u lose me if u can explain seconds in between the reps that would help me out
@jrip4789

Start the clock and do 5 reps, when the clock hits 30 seconds, do 10 reps. When the clock hits 1 minute do 15 reps...your rest period is the time it doesn’t take to do the reps. Early on, with minimal reps you get more rest, but when you have 20 reps you get less rest.

You look like a young Santa Claus.

Tug, if you have time to talk shit, have some nuts and post yourself doing the work out. I’m willing to believe you can’t do it with a 45 lb 😘

@@cardsfighter2 I don’t care what you or anyone thinks about me on here 😂 are you so self conscious you care? Your shoulder press and bench press was cute but I’m talking about doing this workout because it’ll bust you in the mouth if you are into some cardio and strength.

@@ryanjohnston8289 I like how you tried to turn your charcoonary around on me. Very cute of you. No one in this history of the world whose ever uttered the words "I don't care what anyone thinks about me" and actually meant it. Those who truly don't care don't bother giving people a heads up. Because they actually do not care. You are not one of those people. Oh and it was incline. I warm up 250 on flat bench.
Hey if I were to only own a kettlebell what 3 exercises will give me the most bang for my buck? And why? Go
