    Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. kzread.infoUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

    Would this concept be beneficial if applied to other movements such as power cleans, plyo push ups, standing band rows, hanging leg raises or Plyometric alternating lunges? For me I would like to think someone could become a beast if they applied this concept of training to other compound movements.

Thanks to you i’m getting more and more into kickboxing lately and I’m wondering if you would recommend me getting Fight Ready and Body Armor (one for the gym and one for when don’t have access to the gym). Would these two be adequate for kickboxing or would you recommend me a different one? Thank you!

  • @wellnesspathforme6236

    @wellnesspathforme6236

    I think it will help, but I don't think it is anywhere near "perfect." I suspect that sprinting (on feet or bicycle) increases VO2 max much better than this. But, this has other advantages over sprinting (much better at posterior chain and core strengthening).

    Start the clock and do 5 reps, when the clock hits 30 seconds, do 10 reps. When the clock hits 1 minute do 15 reps...your rest period is the time it doesn’t take to do the reps. Early on, with minimal reps you get more rest, but when you have 20 reps you get less rest.
