    Clap clap from Hong Kong in 2020. This video is most helpful during the time when the covid 19 pandemic, when we don’t have access to the gym. The TRX is all we have.

    love it man, love your attitude..all truth...thats why athletes/gymnasts are so strong and have that long lean muscle look, because they train full ROM...i have had 3 TRX's over past 10 years..and never used it to its full potential..now i'm learning how good it is...basically it lets you train body weight with extra leverage..subscribing...i love those who act natural in their videos and are not trying to sell you the world....haha. Hey man awesome class. We have no content like that here in Brazil, keep talking slowly like that I could understand everything you said. I have started training at the gym and trx at the park, I found very good this combination for me!!!!

    Great moves, never thought about doing single-hand to get more weight and stability! TRX is just a lot faster routine than pulling out the weights

    I’m new to TRX, but having a place to suspend it vs. a door anchor seems to result in the most challenging workouts that I see online. I only have a door anchor so I am limited and happy to therefore have actual weights also.

    Problem is, using this at home in the door, doesn't allow you to get completely under the anchor point. Any tips for us home users? Thanks man.

    For the row, you can literally lay on your back, have your chest under the anchor point and pull your entire body weight up off the ground. It's like a pull-up but from the rowing position. If that's too easy, use one arm. ha

    i think if you are going to do TRX as your foundation for a workout, 3 times a week is a good start if you are doing total body. If you are going into bodypart splits, you can probably add more consistency there. A general answer, but the more you know, the more fine tuned that answer can be.

    How many sets and reps would you recommend for size?

  • @tonycress

    @tonycress

    Жыл бұрын

    For adding size, you'll have to get pretty inventive with this, but you've got to find positions that only allow 8 to 12 HARD reps. Playing with that Leverage and anchor point will be your best friend

    Isn’t that “fall” when doing 1 hand pull an exercise in itself?! Just going from flat rowing one hand position to the “fall” position and back looks good…
