Strength & Toning workout using a TRX

The 2022 TRX workout video has proved popular and I’ve had requests for a follow up and this is it…. The NEXT LEVEL! This one is more challenging on the muscles as we conduct a pre-exhaust superset routine, so you might feel the burn and may get some muscle soreness a day or two later (be warned).     First of all, thank you for this amazing video! I follow it almost everyday. I always let the ads play while I prepare everything for the workout, but I've noticed that there are no ads at the end of the video. If it's not intentional, I suggest you to put one there, so we can double help!

    That's very kind of you, thank you. Unfortunately, I have no control over any ads before or after the video, only whether they are in the middle of the video itself (known as mid-roll ads). I purposely don't have them in the middle of my workout videos as that would be very annoying!! 😂

    Hello Richard, I have followed your first three TRX videos, that I enjoyed. How often would you recommend doing the strength and toning workout? Ideally, I would like a daily programme of exercises with one or two days off a week. I also swim daily in the summer and walk in the winter.

    I would aim for 3 strength and conditioning sessions a week (e.g. Mon/ Wed/ Fri). This could be calisthenics/ TRX/ going to the gym etc. Then try to stay active on the other days (swimming/ walking etc). You can do more if you're varying the muscle groups being worked.     Thank-you Richard, I am now doing three TRX sessions a week, but have upped the tempo so that I complete them in 20 minutes; will you be putting on more TRX exercises/programmes and advice?
