I’ve made the exact same error you speak of in some of my own previous videos - google converts litres to “imperial gallons” by default when what you actually need is “us liquid gallons”. And here I was thinking a gallon was a gallon...

That’ll look really sharp. I do like the tank art on the matt black and silver a lot more than the white and black but those red highlights would work with the red bits more attractively than radiator covers and the front fender accent. If there was a way to incorporate red into the Union Jack on the tank it might complement the red under pan and stripes on the forks. It is a beautiful bike, I look forward to more videos and your ongoing feedback.

The bar end mirrors are fantastic, at least in photos. Also the handle bars for the pillion, they look fantastic. Fuel consumption, that is a better number. 5.1L/km is actually an amazing number, it means 250km per deposit. Nice. Have seen a new Suzuki Katana that has a set up like the 660 but have seen a second hand Katana for sale in Colchester Kawasaki and the owner removed the eyesore and well in my view the bike looks so much better with a tail tidy. Hi, regarding the 3M protective tape. I'm considering using this as well, mainly because tank pads just don't seem to cover a large enough area for me. I'm currently using electricians tape that doesn't look great but does completely protect the tank as a stop gap to finding a solution i'm happy with. Does this need to be applied with a heat gun / work on curved areas? Best wishes with your lovely new bike.

Thanks, Tim. ScotchGard is a bit tricky to apply, because it's stickier and thicker than, say, normal vinyl wrap. I find the secret is to stretch it A LOT (it's really tough) and use a heat gun now and then just to keep it soft :)
