It also says much about those of us who absolutely love to witness someone achieving their dream, risking so much in front a large crowd, cameras and judges, to boot. It's not about "us", it's about our values and passions, and our joy in seeing someone being recognized and cheered on. It sends a message to all who watch: "Dare to Dream! Dare to be You! You matter, and we're here to witness you shine on "your day".

Travis's performance was the equal to the 10th Anniversary performance that was and probably still is on YT. The 10th Anniversary featured an all star cast, the best of the best.

Travis reminds me of my great uncles and uncles from my mother's family. I wish she was still with us to see and hear Travis. She would be so proud. After watching Travis" audition about 2,000 times it struck me. It was his mother who said it was her hope it went well for Travis. He deserved something good to happen for him. I believe her wish came true. The audience and judges loved his audition and they all seemed to love him.

I don't know if he's ever self-conscious about his size; but if so, you can tell him that it significantly adds to his stage presence. A huge voice like that really needs a bigger guy to carry it--what you hear matches what you see. He's absolutely superb, and I look forward to hearing much more from him!

SO happy for him!!! Amazing voice with HUGE potential! Love how the judges encouraged and praised him, even though he was off-key sometimes, I guess due to nervousness. With some training in voice control, he is going to be brilliant! Love his proud Mom!
