Only what has been destroyed first, can be rebuilt in a better way. Darkness is leading to the light. Chaos is leading to order. Destruction is leading to healing. Don't ever be afraid of these guides.

So true. I lived through severe depression few years ago. Couldn't work for 6 months and 1st weeks I could not stop crying without medication. I was totally shattered. All I had in that point was a tiny spark- knowing that I will get over this. I never wanted to die. I detached myself from everything and everyone. All I did was rebuilding myself piece by piece, watchin flames in fireplace and walking in snowy woods. And I let go of my ego, who I've been told to be my whole life, my anger, bitterness... All that made me sick. Today my life is better than ever. I feel deep gratitude for everything I have, want much less than used to and feel true compassion. Now I understand the true meaning of "you can't expect compassion and kindness from broken people". I can say hand on my heart- the hell I went through has been the hardest and the best thing ever happened to me. If someone struggling the same battle is reading this: you will heal, it will become better and you will get stronger. Just believe in yourself❤️

@@ValentinNikolov-oo7zh Big question and probably better answered by someone wiser than me. But in my perspective, it was brutal honesty as I was going through my healing(didn't matter if it was brutal- I was in pieces already). All "bad" that had happened to me was really my reactions when I felt mistreated. My NEED to be valuated, my NEED to be heard, my NEED for attention and the list goes on and on. Need, in my experience equals ego. Outsourced valuation is not needed when you have found self. All you need is in you. When you love, respect and value yourself, you don't have to seek thise things from outside. No insults, bad behaviour etc can no longer upset you, if you don't let them. Someone disrespects you- you can just remove yourself from situation and be calm. Going through that work inside my head, I realized every goddamn thing that happened to me was my own fault. My reactions, my choices. And this all was the most liberating discovery ever.

If you feel like you have nothing to lose, then you have everything to gain, everything is a chance, every gamble will be a win, you are the freest person on earth without the need to be afraid of anything. You can fly like an eagle, the world is yours. Why hide in basement, when you can just go out there and do whatever the hell you want. Before you leave, why not have a big blast first since you have nothing to lose at all. Things can only get better from here, no matter what happens... and while you're at it, trying to do some crazy stuff, you may just realize how beautiful your life can actually be and maybe you will choose to stay, because you have just found the meaning of life!

I'm currently in the process of starting from the bottom again. I have lived for one year in absolute misery and despair. I'm 33 and my life just crumbled below my feet... but no more. I'll eat shit for the next couple of years probably, I have nobody anymore but I'll rebuild and rebuild and rebuild. Nothing comes easy in this life. I'm actually somewhat grateful to be able to experience such utter pain... I wish it to nobody not even my enemies but it most probably has made me so much stronger. Life is hard and not everything will go as planed. Do your work and the sky will clear.

when i was 17 i fell in love it was so deep and happy with a true real bond,we were joined at the hip as they say and its probably important to say we lost our virginity to eachother, the love we shared was a truly deep emotional connection,at 19 my girlfriend was raped we stayed togeather for another 8 years after that but i couldnt take knowing what she had been through and slowly pushed her away,im 41 now and still sometimes it hurts the future we could have had,the truama i suffered myself was so bad let alone what she must have gone through,we never spoke about it but in silence would feel the pain,20 years of drugs and alcahole drove me to the verge of death and blood was rising in my throat,i havnt been in contact with her for a long time so dont know how she is healing but friends told me she is in a reationship ironically the ability for women to jump from man to man through them being put on a petastil through the objectification of women in the media is tied in to why rape happens,i have the solutions but no one wants to hear them because its such a touchy subject, through the pain i had to conjur a solution then i realised the whole system needs to be changed even at an economic level, anyway sick of typing

@@manuelasantner5519 theres more to the story she slept with my boss son,and i didnt say all women maybe i should have been more specific,i dont hate women but it pains me to see a large portion of them degrading and not respecting themselves,we are so caught up in womens rights that we are afraid to speak the truth without thinking about general human rights,i didnt leave her she left me i was willing to stick it out with all the pain and when she left i couldnt stay in contact because i knew she is so prettey that any man would take her while i suffered alone i still dont know if im capable of loving again she divided me from my group of friends and eventually i had to leave all my friends behind and there was a circumstance where a long time friend of eight years told me multiple ones of them slept with her ,even before the rape she had a tie up fetish and looking back on our relationship some of her behaviour borderlined on narcasisistic like being extremely jealous and angry with me spending time with my friends to limit my outside perspectives, womans lib was designed to double the workforce and make men and women feel like enimies and seperate the woman from the egg and take away thier maternal and womans intuition through abortion and the system is cashing in bigtime also she fell pregnant and abourted the baby against my wishes, sometimes i wonder what really happned with the whole rape thing but either way i was traumatised deeply and dont know anything about how or if she had time to heal when she just jumped to the next relationship so fast but as always in todays world the man is in the wrong while girl powe simply takes away womans respect for themselves by the media glorafying sexual freedom,50% mariages fail 40% are rape victims 1 in five children molested and did you know women comit rape more than men by 3% through seduction i know you can say if the man was erect they wanted it but how do we difine if the woman was wet, another thing is that when a woman molests say a 14 year old boy the statistics arnedt recorded because society looks at it as a victory the adam sandler movie(thats my boy) is an example of how women molesting boys is celebrated,im not saying women are the only ones at fault her but there are some contributing factors to so called girl powe that is affecting the high child molestation statistics for example when an overbearing fake power woman raises a child there is two psycological outcomes for the child a petofile or a murderer and when the mother gets another unbiological father to replace the other one child molestation is 20 times more likley when in a family with a non biological parenent not by the new father but by the social interactions that come with it,male suicide is through the roof and male homelesnesness is through the roof and the biggest cause is broken families, this is fact the system is cashing in big of this, anyway excuse my bad puncuation and remember a womans status is difined by the abality to say no and its the same for a man multiple partners doesnt equal hapiness loyalty and progress does

Hailing from India where people mehnsplain at the drop of a hat without having accomplished anything by themselves, I am usually wary of motivation from spiritual gurus. This man has achieved something difficult being a Shaolin master and glad that I also see women in his videos about classes in Germany. Martial arts have always kept women for long when I see it is beneficial for everyone. He makes sense, and my biggest takeaway from his videos is emotional regulation. Will pick some form of training I can do watching videos for the sake of basic exercises and discipline. That you for these videos. The learnings from this man are treasured.

Letting go... Yes, you get that message directly in your face when someone closer to you dies. The constant frustration of filling that hole, to be dependent of the love of someone, or doing something to get immediate satisfaction, or just being distracted with bullshit not to deal with it. That's why we have to reconfigure our way of thinking, a mind more discipline to get out of distractions and to find better ways of being truthful to yourself, others and your relationship with the world and that is going to be very uncomfortable. The ups and downs they will exist until the end of our life's. So I believe that to have a discipline mind, it's very important because we believe so much that our thoughts are real and true but they are just thoughts. To change you will always feel resistance to do that.

Ich will mit Überzeugung leben wie du es beschreibst und ich es seit Jahren gezwungen mache. Ich habe die Kraft und den Willen zu leben wie du es beschreibst und das freiwillig. ❤

This is why I need him as a teacher and mentor What he says here is nearly exactly what I've been living through, at progressively higher and more extreme levels for 15 years... But my experience has been emotional, psychological and professional but under western society "real world" conditions And having to figure out, on my own, much of what he's said elsewhere I'm tired of being self taught, my cup has holes and I need a new teacher to help me fill in the gaps so I can mend my cup And I need fun too... To balance Yeah ok sports too but that takes negotiation ... Needing to heal, learn to be in a safe environment and basically be treated like a feral wounded cat... But internal vs external His world is extreme old school by western society .. mythical and sort of loved, admired, inspired by but definitely segregated in a minor way like with the view of the old Gods Something to be in awe of but might ruin my nails if fully invested in 🙄 Going it alone, learning in the field so to speak... I need a new map, I need a new quest and a level up... But I need someone who can teach me what skill sets I have and how to better use them and what other skill sets I can unlock Metaphors and analogies are how I communicate best after the stroke 10 years ago... I can see where he goes with his thoughts and see the potential variables... And I understand the depth With the advancement of society, it feels like a common behavior associated with the monks, it turns up in unexpected ways and it might fit a pattern... But maybe a ripple effect.... Nicholas Tesla would have been an artifacer monk It's like D&D with building your character We had a bard once who didn't sing but had the same effect when knitting Real world true too... It's hard alone

I just love you, your the best Teacher Ever! I let go of toxic ex. I have replied before to you, I need advice from you, please? I’m a young inside 66 year old woman, I try not to give up, but it’s hard in this world to start over at my age. I can’t work but I volunteer at places. I have 3 bone problems, but I want to for myself learn a martial art to help me be focused and let go of abusive past. Thank you for your videos! Your so positive and I feel your aura, your very caring man. I just want peace and to feel happy joy again thank you! ❤🥺👏
