Our society shapes us to strive and hoard and fight for and resist and set goals to achieve all in order to be considered a hero or a hard worker or a fighter. That way of life is so tiring and misses the fact that there is a flow that is blocked when we take ahold and attempt control . Not ingrained in us in the west.

    1) Suffering And Stress come from Causually Dependent Conditions. 2) When you understand these conditions, you know how to create joy. You know how to create Happiness. You know how to create Love. 3) Only through this Understanding, You can begin to teach that to Others. 4) When You lack Mindfulness. Then one is Truly Blind.

Love this talk. Must find an intention that works well. So far, no good. Most of my energy is being taken up by what others require and want. Yet they feel I’m never good enough and cannot do well enough their tasks no matter how exhausted I get. I kept going as I cared and kept trying to fulfill all requirements from different sectors so hard that I developed health issues due efforts. I’m shocked to be in this position and cannot keep up with all the requirements and all the fixes of damage. There is so much I want and wanted to do, but efforts all wasted. So tired so frustrated and exhausted. Cannot rest, yet I seem lazy when I cannot do tasks I’m not good at and don’t match my person. Need some rest but then people think I’m lazy and don’t care. Finally, after years of this and some irreparable damage, I got mad. It’s not my nature to be either outwardly mad or inwardly mad, but finally I got inwardly mad then outwardly after family member irreparably harmed by work’s decision (grey area on legality) that this time I could not respond to. Couldn’t manage anymore to pick up the pieces, too worn out, and the work’s action seemed so immoral, irresponsible, and if legal only by a fine line strategy. So previously calm self, went from unwell, to self explosion and anger. Not a good state to prolong though can give temporary energy to function. Have thankfulness, but the upset was so intense that it must be hard to show it. I am actually thankful for so much everyday. Yet so worn out and exhausted. Need to rest, need to sleep so much that was thinking to sleep and not wake up again. Keeping going, Thankful but it’s imbalanced now. Quite a challenge.

Absolutely love this talk. Each sentence is a mini lesson " Be mindful - know what you are doing - put intention behind it- don't do things "empty" - it is your thoughts that are fueling quality of life - if you don't have it , you can't give it away . Thank you Mr. Yi and Mulligan brothers for these inspirational gems!!!

What do you expect from a person that is dislictic! It's not the worst case. I moved into a little Mormon town. I wrote on Facebook " What a beautiful little moron town." It took my sister two years before she told me I spelled it ( Mormon) wrong every time. Lol! The spell checker said it was right. No wonder they didn't like me! 😂 . Laugh all you want. It only shows I'm not perfect.

You are an invited guest, Master Shi Zheng Yi has opened his world , I would certainly suggest ask yourself what are your intentions, as adding music, to me is totally unnecessary and in fact disrespectful to the master. Sharing and helping is wonderful, but adding to the gift from his master is not appropriate!
