I started watching these videos after my anxiety and constant fear of what-if scenarios manifested into physical symptoms. At the age of 26, I begun feeling like an 80 year old woman, GI issues, migraines and other annoying nagging pains consistently. Master Shi-Heng Yi has really brought me back to reality and taught me how to enjoy present moment, and I can feel my anxiety diminishing. I love his video where he explains worrying about getting hit by a car tomorrow… it’s not tomorrow, it’s today… and where’s the proof you’ll even get hit by that car? Worrying is a root of suffering. His wisdom is unmatched. If only schools had meditation or mindfullness courses with his teachings, this world would be a better place.

I just melt (with a deep calmness inside) when I hear his voice and I watch these videos. I just found your channel the other day, seems like when I am desperately in need I'm blessed with such amazing wisdom. So I thank you 🙏 I have fantasized for over 5 years now of me being at one of these temples somewhere I will not be picky (even if I can make my Tahoe a temple somewhere where no one is nor where I could be found) I just feel deep in my soul this is what's needed for me. There are way too many distractions around me including countless orthopedic surgeons and pain management doctors! I've been desperately trying to escape from my broken body. I'm so lost without my body, just the movement to do the day to day for myself. I'm completely exhausted, how could I be, I've been in bed for 5 years! If I could bottle up what I feel when I hear and see him.... Oh me Oh my yessss, that!!!

I really needed this been going thru a lot recently 😔 but at the end of the day like he said every door needs a key 🗝️ everyone has their own darkness but also know that your not the only one going thru it I'm speaking from experience being a person that has done for everyone and still had their legs swept underneath their feet even family which I found out recently which is heartbroken just trying to better my self and be positive but I learned from watching this man that you can open up your mind so much to be able to do amazing things you may not take up martial arts but you have a goal and you run with it every day and these things can either change you for best or for the worst but we can all make it happen we just gotta focus and achieve it try to have a good one everyone stay safe stay blessed 😌

I have to talk to a person that have received a gift from our creator because the dark times that I live are not very often for the people, I know it cause I never met someone that have the same experience. That is why, I think, talking with master Shi Heng Yi could help me a lot^^ Dealing with all this by myself is sometimes great because I know what come from the inside but I feel so alone in this path... Over the years when I've found myself in a dark place in my mind and life I would seek out a public space such as a restaurant , coffee shop, or park that had lots of people and just sit and listen and observe and feel the energy of everyone. This has helped tremendously. Thank you, Master Shi Heng Yi for reaffirming this instinct.

It's amazing to listen to Shi Heng Yi. I deeply resonate with his words. I have visited this dark place, where I felt stuck and scared to make the wrong move, so for a time I felt petrified in darkness. I realized I needed external help to light a candle for me, yet I also realized that if I fan the embers of my heart I can grow a light around me that banishes all the shadows. I had turned my back on myself for a while where I couldn't see that the key was there all along.

The last few minutes when he spoke of the difference between people who have already gone through that darkness and those who haven't...I always thought maybe I was imagining things when I felt like someone was not on my wavelength because they had no really endured something traumatic. I can sort of sense this about people in the way they behave and carry themselves. I tend to instinctively avoid people who haven't, because when I am going through something dark, toxic positivity or self absorbed types of people can really have a bad effect on me and I have to draw a very clear boundary between myself and them. I used to think that this was intolerant of me, but now I feel like it is probably best for us both, as I can sense they clearly have lessons they still need to learn before they can interact with me.

I appreciate the knowledge being shared. I've learned a lot from KZread tbh. As for the darkness. Most and this included me until a few years ago. But depression is the body's natural way to get a person to be still so it can heal itself. That's a lot to do with sick people sleeping so much. Once I learned that it got much easier to deal with the depression tbh. Doesn't help much while you're deep in it except to know that it will pass. Or my mantra at times is this too shall pass. I can't even count the times I've almost died. I know I'm here for a reason but the only thing I can think of is that I'm here to guide others to be strong. To lead eventually. Sigh.

Much Respect Brother. I had my oldest son Rich pass on in 2019, I know that pain. Thank U for being strong. Ty for helping me and others learn how to stay out of the dark light.

Thank you for this video. Recently went through a breakup that made me question everything. Realizing the importance of how we perceive the world and the energy we contribute into it. Some of my motives were crooked and temptation is everywhere. Keep fighting the good fight, these are tough times.

Thank you so very much for making videos from the Master. Every word he speaks is so powerful. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I was so scared. I had a double mastectomy on October 12, 22. I’m coming back into the light now and adjusting to my new body.
