I am now 60years old. I am blessed with my being a trained fitness instructor. Even though my body & mind has been my own personal inner strength. I am so sorry to learn of your father's passing. I now begin to understand - the reason why your father taught you from when you where 4 years old, Master Shi Heng Yi .

My husband died years ago I still miss him. God has given me strength in my darkest moments. So when I feel alone I keep faith. As a single mother raising two children with autism things are hard on me especially since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus I’m overwhelmed. Jesus please give me strength to keep going. I TRUST YOU LORD! I keep faith even as I constantly struggle to provide for my children and as I struggle to pay rent and as I struggle to buy groceries. Even in hard times, I keep faith in God. Jesus I give you my complete trust my situation has been hard for a while now but I have confidence that you will change my situation. Amen!

My Father passed away in 2009. Since then my Uncle and Grandfather passed too. 3 father figures in my life. It changed me immensely. I miss them so much everyday. But i am grateful to have had them as part of my journey in life. They are always with me and live on thru me. Like you said Master we are exactly where we are meant to be. There is no other way it should be. Please keep these Inspirational videos coming. They are very helpful! Your Father will be very proud of you wherever he maybe just now ❤️🙏

My husband died when we were young and my son was 8 years old. I didn't cry for myself but I did it watching the suffering of my child. Life is hard but everything is as it should be. We must accept this. My heartfelt condolences for the loss of your father, dear Shi Heng Yi. 🙏🪔💐❤

One can understand the death of a loved one and keep the energy connection clean of suffering, the altar, but I believe cry is allowed and most of the time necessary if we are missing the loved one in our every day life, so one can heal and the body won't get sick. After all we still humans and nature gave us a lacrimal gland for a reason.

"LI Propriety" Ancient philosophy!

I suffer cause i dont know what happened with the ones i love and passed away. I want them happy and safe and i just dont know if that is the case and if there is something i can do to help them if they need help. I have been there when they passed away and i told them i will be fine and they will feel much better on the other side, i asked God to keep them safe and let them know how much i loved them, maybe in an imperfect lacking way but i do love them... but at the end, i do not know and the silence is horrible.
