The purpose of life is to prevent suffering and that's why I didn't have children. I hated school, I hated work, both made me a slave that caused me to suffer against my will pretty badly. And now I don't even enjoy the hobbies that I used to enjoy because after doing them for so long they become boring and now I finally realized that it doesn't even matter if I do my hobbies anymore or not. I am an unwanted burden to myself.

@@AnonymousWon-uu5yn I don’t know who you are, but it touched my heart reading you say you feel like an unwanted burden to yourself… The way that I tell people happy birthday … happy day of birth thank you for being born! So birthday or not thank you for being born ! 🎂 🎊🥳 Sometimes life feels so heavy. It’s hard to feel like the gift that we are. Who you are, what you’ve been experienced & exposed - to no one else can duplicate, copy or mimic. It makes you a unique individual. It’s hard to turn your focus to things that you love that you enjoy … especially if the things that you hated are so strong for you… if you’re open to a little advice things, you could be satisfied and content with and feel that in your body. You’re a gift to yourself & Others! 💫 My mother committed suicide when I was nine years old … it happens to be a family trait that skipped over me… I love life and I appreciate waking up breathing. Life can be short what creates the journey is the moments … I hope you get back to your hobbies in your crafts and you do it with good music in the background and a satisfied content emotions. It is evil for a god or for anyone else to force people or any other life form into the type of existence where they will suffer against their will and often times suffer horribly against their will because they might not want to suffer against their will at all and that's why it's evil to force them into existence.

I’ve been the one who has been spreading more kindness and love all my life. I gave a lot but got very little back to the point that I had a burn out and fell into depression after four decades of doing that. I’m still in recovery. Cut out all the energy sucking people and situations where it was possible. Still need to move on from my current job but need time and more energy in order to do that. My experience is there’s not so much kindness and love in this world and if you are the one who is mainly spreading it, sooner or later you’ll get depleted. It’s important not to let anyone abuse your kindness. I also learned it’s not my responsibility to fix everything and everyone. People need to start fixing themselves.

when you wake up in the morning or evening give thanks for life even if you hate it. Understand that suffering is a state of human existence. every day say with faith " Im healthy im better with every single day that passes with time and myself. currents of fortitude invade my body every day and with the help of God and my work things will be ok" this is not witchcraft or anything. your words and thoughts have radio polarity that resonates within the universe and you feel the most intense materializes sooner or later. problems ... money etc .... do you have a million problems or do you have five ? write them down. God Bless.

I think I'd find it easier to accept advice from someone who found joy while they weren't in good health and the flush of youth, lived with the continual worry of financial insecurity and the ever-present prospect of losing their home, had suffered the loss of many loved ones, faced the frailty of old age alone, and still managed to find joy. Now that would be worth listening to.

Hmmm. I always find joy in something with the Divine around me in and out quite often, however, I guess many havent gotten far enough to have that. Well, start with what is around you that you do like. Feel the presence if trees and so fourth around you, the breeze, and animals or people you see. Seek those for company that bring you peace. It may seem hard, but they are around. Have joy with your home, it is your santcuary. And do not ever give up on you. Without you, you have nothing, your own best friend. You are loved. If people start taking over control on your life, your joy is gone. Only free people can be made responsible for their own feelings. If you cannot choose yourself and leave behind things or people that do not make you happy, you have to "try" to be happy with what others had chosen for you, your joy will be gone in the moment these controllers won't give you what makes you happy. When evil people make evil decisions and you do not have any other choice but to take it otherwise you die, you will always be an unhappy victim. Unfortunately some people do this to others on purpose.

Some people get discouraged because they think everything has already been done, but progress and innovation are not immutable laws. Sometimes society stagnates and we just create things for ourselves, not for the world to judge. You don't have to be the world's best at what you do. This is an important lesson currently for the youth.

Beautiful. Spoken to me many, many years ago and yet having lived so very many lifetimes in one life the burden of adding the disturbances of life into ones rucksack, sometimes a wrap of 1 pound of sand, sometimes many more pounds of sand and then someday, sometime, somewhere it becomes too much. Then you push more and more to complete, to finish that mission and suddenly you have done all that is possible for you to do, mission from birth complete. The outcome, as has always been known, is not mine to determine, but belongs to the Universe. What is infernal along the way, and what is easily and naturally known along the way is the outome of each task is not my own, but when all is done, and mission is complete the outcome becomes, the desire to know, to see, becomes as heavy as a rucksack filled with the things picked up along the way. Taking each carefully wrapped up, taped up and labeled packet of sand, weight irrelevant, is more difficult than any previous task. The doing for oneself is knew and unfamiliar ground, yet I do know how to move one inch at a time and am beinh taught to remember to give grace to oneself, accept the mercy freely given by life, and see some joy and beauty again. Peace- mjb

@chetsenior7253 If you will watch particles...you will realise that they are just positive and negative charges of energy and between them is empty space. That's science of atoms. So matter is just energy with empty space with different density, and this density of energy make you feel matter hard or soft or anything else what you perceive with your senses. But doesn't matter how you perceive it...all matter are just atoms and atoms are just energy with different charge and empty space. So that's why matter is just illusion. And this world will not exist if you will die. If you sleep, you believe in your dreams that you are real but you aren't physically there. You sleep. Same it is with life. Your consciousness sleep that's why you feel matter more matter and why my statement make you feel that I speak bullshits.❤️🙏🏻

The joy is gone. What to do? Get a dog. He is the best friend of humans. They guard, listen, do not speak rudely, do not make lies about you, they serve you well and make the best company. Regards of us, humans, we live a lie. Truth is in use in a form of light, a piece of God in us which helps us to be close to the truth and universe. People chose a path in life - dark or light. Raising vibrations to be closer to the stars is brilliant, but for those who live in the city and have to work for a living, it is hard to keep the path of light thanks to the power of money. If you sit, meditate each day, no children to take a full care, no paying bills and no full time slave job, you will feel better 100%, but will be also a short of various life experience which makes the human spirit richer thanks to suffering. Loving and keeping a dog may help you to deal with that suffering of no joy in the city. Love to you.

Thanks so much, seems at 55 I'm taking a path alone now and am directionless, now I must find purpose and a direction to go. Scary to find a purpose for myself but necessary. ❤😊

You talking about how Buddhism and martial arts go hand and hand reminds of the book, The Quantum and the Lotus. It’s a conversation between a monk and a astrophysicist and they talk about different topics in life. Very good but hard book.

The universe decided to become you, and you can, as the universe, decide to stop being you, but please don't give up yet. Noone should have the right to stop you from leaving, and you will leave eventually, but please let us try to help with your troubles first. We would miss you.
