I got his book "Shaolin Spirit" for christmas and I am so in awe of this man! I'm doing the breathing exercises to battle against my social anxiety and constant high stress level I'm in and I am also doing a lot of research on meditation and qi gong, because I wanna do those as well. I'm so grateful that this man exists.

There you go man! You do the stuff that many need but choose not to do. You acknowleadge your own responsibility for changing cource in your life. You are the captain of your own ship and you can set your sails to the changes of the winds. Keep it up!
I am doing this lifestyle. I also do sauna and cold bath. I want to live happily and well. I am 61 yo and in the best shape of my life and the shaolin master knows. I hope everyone tries to do some of this to feel well 🙏

He's also writer, orator and entrepreneur why they don't show those aspects. It would honestly be very interesting to see how a Shaolin monk while practicing this lifestyle also sells books and does business

10 days on: Breathing. Morning breathing. All day breathing. I'm dizzy breathing... Cigarettes don't fit in anymore 👍 They look like a goner 🤣 How is this even possible? A five minute talk, and cigarettes march out the door. 😄🤗🤗

personally for me thinking about this - I would say like an 8,4,8,4 split is pretty ideal. maybe 6 - 10 am energizing time, 10 - 6 pm production time, 6 - 10 pm relaxation time, 10 - 6 am sleep time@@guillaumemaksimovic3902

I wake up at 5 am do cleaning then drink 2 glass warm water breathing for 15 min run for 3 km jump rope for 15 min strength training for 15 min cold shower eating veg meal no egg no soft drink no tea no coffee only water I am vegetarian and I feel so energetic

To learn yourself, it's good to have a strict routine.
i have a borderline disorder which makes it even harder to follow a certain routine, not mentioning discipline......how he explains it helps, it is still very hard but it feels right what he sais...thank you

no there is not. But you can just look up on goolge what shaolin monks eat on a daily basis. (Rice, fruits and oatmeal) as an example. Hope that helps ;-)

How does one get a hold to train with Shi Heng yi ...but for like 5 , 6 years
bruh, I was working in the morning and doing Resistance Training in the afternoon but now I know it's bad for the long term period Then I need to reschedule my daily routine
This is really great but how to do that in shift work, I can't choose when to do the work according to my energy, I don't get a regular sleep cycle and it's very hard to study on top of that as I am so drained after work :( sometimes I think about living in a monastery too as this society doesn't really allow us to live according to our natural energy flows

You’ll have to be more disciplined with your practice. Get up earlier, and do your routine. Do some breathing exercises when you’re on break at work, whilst driving to work, etc. Make sure you have good curtains on your windows to block them out so that you can get good sleep. Stretch before you sleep to get rid of the stress. Stay away from carbohydrates, because they make you need to sleep more. Also, stay away from caffeine so that when you have the chance to sleep, you can actually sleep.

@@toscadonna I'm doing bodybuilding so I need carbs and 8h of sleep, but I'm already doing breathing exercises and stretches a lot. Caffeine only in the morning. I'm following a strict daily routine but it's not easy ofc
For diet, sleep, and sunlight, what would you recommend for people such as the poor in developing countries who cannot get better sleep, healthier food, and more sunlight?

Being financially lower in a developing country doesn’t equal less or more sleep. That’s an individual concern. Focus on what’s in your control only.
