Two days ago I was having an emotionally painful episode, so much so, that the only relief of the suffering was to "die before I die." The emotional pain subsided, and I felt free to be. I lost the need to constantly monitor what I said, wondering how I sounded to people. I felt free of the pressure I exert on myself over my work. And, since I was "dead," I didn't have to worry about the things that were just previously on my mind, the very thoughts that had me climbing the walls with anxiety.

Being without thoughts is experiencing Life itself instead of your mind. You start noticing tiny but impressive things happening around. Previously you were busy with what was in your head and missed them. For example I devoted 20 minutes watching the cloud in the sky. And found out that it changed very rapidly (color and shape). But what impressed me most of all: an enormously large cloud dissapeared before my eyes leaving no trace. I have never seen it before.. Yes, I do feel more alive♥️ And peace is my companion. And happiness and joy follow me everywhere. I don't need thoughts to survive or deal with the world. Something deep (my Нeart) guides me and helps me act naturally and efficiently.

Your heart guiding you and allowing you to notice the little things you did not before is literally “life”. It is your brain’s synapses firing and making connections you did not previously. It’s literally the opposite of “not” having thoughts. Your mind is open and flowing freely and beautifully, noticing everything that brings peace. Continue to embrace that, but don’t view it as “death”, that is life and love energy ❤️

The law of attraction was my life for over 10 years. I lived a dangerously destructive lifestyle. On one particularly bad night, I believed I was going to die. In the depth of my despair, I asked Lord Jesus for forgiveness and to my surprise He answered me. His Presence is unimaginably beautiful. You might be looking at animals transitioning into 3rd density conscienceness, as humans transfer into 4th density conscienceness, and instead we could impeed less on spiritual advancement by eating plants because then animals could live longer and it would be helpful for their spiritual growth.

We are already in heaven...

There is a profound sweetness to enlightened souls. The smiles and chuckles of people like Eckhart, or the Dalai Lama or Mother Teresa... their paths have differed, but they've all found the Eternal and the perfect joy that comes with that. It shines through.

A wunderful lecture. After years without listening Eckhardt, I startet again and now suddenly I can really realize the Consciousness behind his words. This is so touching, real happiness arises from deep inside. My whole System says a big YES to it. And in the Situation we are now this is the Main challenge for everybody We create the New World, New forms want to be born out of being connected with the formlose Consciousness. Inner joy, creativity, freedom, plentiness, all those aspects will create wunderful forms.

...So GRATEFUL to Mr Tolle...Who is PURE CONSCIOUSNESS...💟

In all the years I have listened to Eckhart this is one of the most profound. I've listened three times already and will listen again.

I love one of many great quotes from his book that pierced my soul - "Death is the shedding of all that is not you. The secret to life is to die before you die". When I came across that in his book, I remember just staring at that line and rereading it over and over for like 10 minutes. It was very profound for me.

Really enjoyed his take on “tiredness” and the “pull” by consciousness or “the one”. On the edge of falling asleep is indeed the most pleasurable thing. I’ve always tried to stay awake as long as possible to continue to enjoy it. Also suspecting all along there was more to it than simply sleep.

I fell in love with his laugh the first time heard it. I still love it.

I feel so grateful to listen to all of these profound teachings. Makes me so humble and joyful, thank you for guiding and supporting me on my way. I already died before Death found me in a BUFO ceremony and your teachings are helping me so profoundly with my integration and with the waves of ego trying to get back into the center of attention ❤

This a profound lecture with some key takeaways for reference and distinction. Eckhart explains that the feeling of being "tired" is the inner pull to the one. This is a doorway if one can remain conscious, but what is fascinating is that this is "below" the mind or thinking state. Another doorway is traditional meditation which is "above" the mind. There are states of consciousness where thought itself is nearly impossile to perform; very gross and heavy. It was these moments where I was distictly aware of just how much energy gets unecessarily wasted with relentless thinking. In this state of consciousness, thinking was not even necessary; just a very subtle state of awareness and presence that replaced thinking with knowing. 🧘🏻‍♀️Love these spontaneous talks...can always take away some golden nuggets of truth. Thank you Eckhart.🙏🏻💗🌺

There’s the most peaceful and powerful stillness of both awake and dream states. I’ve seen the “void” but getting out isn’t achievable until fork death. At least I haven’t found that exit door where I can be ONE and remember it FULLY. Have you?

I’m soo grateful for Ekchart ❤️ I had my spiritual awakening in 2013 while I was in prison but soon fell back into sleep because I didn’t continue to do the work or I was just too young and still weak in my faith. After years of partying, bad relationships and failed friendships I knew I had to awaken again and I knew God was the path yet it wasn’t easy for me to come back to consciousness. I’ve been searching and trying for 2 years and it wasn’t until a week ago when I found eckhart and Russell’s video on KZread that I finally understood again. I feel free again thank you Ekchart May God continue to work through you and us.

This is stunningly powerful. The absence of thought is like death to us, it reduces us to "nobody", even our name, our identity, just dissolves. Maybe that's the reason so many humans don't want to go there. Eckhart has given great insight.

How is that a positive experience? To “die”, have no thoughts, no identity, no soul, everything “dissolves”, into what? Consciousness? How so? You have to ask these questions and not let the sweet talk sweep you up into nothingness. What he is saying is that if you remain dormant and a zombie, you can never feel pain. That message is the complete opposite of consciousness.

@@sidondon2 . I think he means the "death" of the little me, the thought based identity, which we create. Thinking of ourselves as victims, leaves blown around in the storm of fate. At least this is what I personally did. Once you awaken knowing yourself as the "big me", you know you are one with the divine. That's such a victory, it sets you free. You feel light, supported, joyful. At least, this was my personal experience.☺️

@@sidondon2 Eckhart speaks of deconstructing mindless characterizations and definitions humans have created around, well, everything to cut to the universal life at our core. Each of us have it, and when you "wake up" to it it's quite the opposite of becoming a zombie. At that point you fundamentally understand you are a child of this universe along with everything else. Alive, manifesting in the current instant- the only one that truly exists or matters.

My husband used to tell me to be quiet so he can really listen to you hahah and I didn’t understood what he meant now I been rewinding every lecture again and again cause every sentence is an absolutely crucial wisdom to observe and understand Been enjoying so much so thank you 🙏 🌸 🌺 🌺 🌺

But that stance (of not judging would make us all perfect entities with halos), but we are now in the 'real' world, and so this approach would defeat this media format, where we all come together to discuss, agree or disagree, offer information, and or ponder over the many diverse opinions that makes food for thought and keeps the society turning and intellectually thriving. Eckardt is just one opinion, but not the only truth or opinion that abounds. It is his interpretation. .

What he says about going beyond thought is similar to Bob Marleys description of smoking herb. “ going beyond thought to get to the one” . no matter what gets you there or who advocates for whatever remedy... I wasn't listening for a long time, so the Big Guy Upstairs had to try harder. I reached a point several years back where I lost everything--my job, my house, even my car. I fought circumstance and resisted these changes for a long time until I finally, gradually began to understand the Truth behind what was happening. As I accepted things, they shifted. Limitation, or contrast in any form, serves a purpose in our experience. And when we come out the other side, we come out wiser and stronger. (Sort of like the 6 Million Dollar Man.)

I think he said everything that there is to ever say. He summed up eternity, which is not eternal, but without time.

​@@emerantiaantoniaparnall-gi4213 That point is certainly obtainable by all, but that 'place' only offers peace in contrast to the state that we normally experience. That's to say that a person who's managed to ground and center themselves into a state of peace in regular, active life, will witness a much great level of peace at this sleep stage. The mindset too carries over into sleep itself and formulates the topics and underlying tones of dreams, which, in turn have an effect for good or otherwise in accordance with how much a person has willingly surrendered (negative) ego. The mind is its own perpetual reward or it's own detriment. The process is never stagnant - always ongoing, with the mind showing itself to itself. The fundamental point is that, this 'free space' is actually obtainable and something we should ideally aim to bring out into the regular, chaotic world bit by bit as it reveals itself and evolves incrementally. The 'tiredness state' then takes on an even greater feel of stillness, security and bliss and continues to deepen......or 'ascend'. :)

my lesson is to say 'I don't know why it happened the way it did' now I can forgive myself and be free with ET!'

It's almost like Eckhart sensed i needed this here and now. Recovering from severe tonsilitis and totally isolated. My perception just changed. I will recover and take this time to be still. No more endless mind chatter, just consciousness 💛🌞🕉
