The best quick and natural pre workout is green tea, in my opinion it's much more convinient and perhaps even healthier than regular coffee.

I have a slight shoulder injury from lifting and throwing dodgeballs.

That's a good one. Probably second to shoulders.
Yeah I’m doing all of this already for mma except for the explosive push-ups. What’s the diet like? Mine is low in sugar and no gmo, high in protein marijuana n carbs. The weed keeps me loose. Edit. The single leg squats are a bitch for me, but I do dumbbell box jumps. Love the content here. Gives me ideas.
