Just joined a social dodgeball league in Canberra, and loving all your content. Our team wants to do some practice (and learn some of the skills you guys are sharing) but have no idea where to get appropriate balls. The ones we bought so far are not at all like the ones in our league or in your vids. Could you make a video about different balls you can purchase. Or if there is only one correct answer could you let me know what it is. Cheers,

If you want to be aligned with the Australian Dodgeball Federation (ADF)/ World Dodgeball Federation (WDBF) format, then 7 inch foam balls is what you're looking for. We use balls purchased from our leagues - Dodgeball Sydney and NSWDL. Different leagues use different supplier/ manufacturer but it just depends on preference / turn around and delivery time or what’s available at hand. Hope this helps!
