Softball PRO Teaches How to Throw A Dodgeball | with Jamee Jones

We recently just got back from the Australian Dodgeball Championships 2023 hosted in Melbourne, Australia and had the opportunity to interview some incredible dodgeball players - including Jamee Jones, a Perth-based dodgeball player who represented Dodgeball Australia in 2022 in Edmonton Canada for the World Dodgeball Championships!
He's also been playing softball and baseball for over 15 years, so with all the technique and knowledge he's developed across these sports and applying it to dodgeball, no wonder why he throws cannons 💪☄️

It's a foam ball lol try playing 8.5 rubber pinch. Those are the ones that you actually feel
