In Place Run Normal Speed - 30 secs - 4 Sets
In Place Run Faster Pace - 15 secs - 4 Sets
In & Out Run - 15 Reps - 3 Sets
Side Shuffle Left - 15 Reps - 3 Sets
Side Shuffle Right - 15 Reps - 3 Sets
1,2,3 Skaters RIGHT,LEFT,RIGHT - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
1,2,3 Skaters LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
Lateral Reach With Shuffles (RIGHT) - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
Lateral Reach With Shuffles (LEFT) - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
Free Fall Into Quick Step (LEFT) - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
Free Fall Into Quick Step (RIGHT) - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
ENDURANCE MODE - NO REST IN BETWEEN SETS
IN PLACE RUN + IN & OUT - 20 SECS RUN + 5 REPS OF IN & OUT - 4 SETS (1 AFTER ANOTHER NO REST)

On this one I used two different levels of bands. The purple one is a Medium strength and I attached to a lighter one (RED) so I can have more mobility and reach further.
How many times a week are allowed to do this?

3 times a week with 1 day rest between Sessions are enough👍
